Such a lovely hotel with amazing views and amazing rooms. The front desk people are very helpful and nice! Location is slightly far out so would definitely recommend hiring a car

Earlier this month, my friends and I decided to enjoy some leisure time at Nikki Beach, and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience, largely thanks to the amazing staff. We initially planned to visit just once, but we ended up returning every day until our departure. The highlight of our visit was Vasilije, one of the staff members, whose warm and engaging conversations made us feel incredibly welcome. His friendly demeanor and attentiveness truly enhanced our time at the beach. Nikki Beach is not just about the beautiful setting; it’s the exceptional staff like Vasilije who make it a place worth coming back to. Thank you, Vasilije, for making our trip so special!

My wife and I spent a few nights at Nikki Beach Montenegro and were blown away with the place. Very smart and chic, great food and cocktails, but two things in particular really stood out for us....the view and the wonderful staff. We don't think it would ever be possible to get bored with the view across the bay to the little church hosting island. We were fortunate to be upgraded on arrival to a higher floor and every morning we were blessed with the most extraordinary sight. As for the staff, nothing was too much trouble, we felt very well looked after the whole time, and while it may seem unfair to single folks out - everyone was so helpful - we have to express particular thanks to Tea, Anya, Nicola and Luka for making us feel even more welcome. Thank you to all, we look forward to our next visit!

Beautiful hotel, very large and clean rooms with a small kitchenette for making tea/ coffee and a fridge. Friendly and relaxed staff. Great place for enjoying pool life und relaxed electronic music that is played on the main pool, sometimes they book DJs too. Attracts more of a modern/ young/ Ibiza crowd. Breakfast is super nice, lunch/ dinner offers are yummy but honestly quite overpriced.

Really disappointing stay!! We checked in on the 26/9/24 and were due to stay for 2 nights, 10 days before our arrival we were told the beach club had closed which was the main reason we were coming to stay. I feel at this point we should’ve been given the opportunity to rebook for a later date or something to that affect as when we arrived it was like a ghost town and like it was half closed. We went down to the pool and it took 20 minutes to find someone to get towels for the beds, there were then no cushions on the beds so my partner had to go and look for some. I asked for a drink and the waiter delivered the 2 drinks with the bill of €42, which he then preceded to give us €8 in change in 20 cents and 10 cents coins! He then told us he wasn’t able to bring us the drinks again and we had to go and collect them. We got back to the room and someone else’s drinks glasses were outside our room on the floor, we then had no corkscrew in the room to open the wine. By this point my partner was not happy with the service in a ‘5 star’ hotel so we complained to reception. In the morning we went to breakfast and a few minutes after 11:00 my partner asked for a coffee and was told he couldn’t have one unless he paid for it, at the side of us there were people going up and still getting breakfast and drinks; This was the final straw for my partner and I and we actually left the hotel a night early which obviously wasted the money of the second night stay and we booked into another hotel!

I had high expectations for my stay at Nikki Beach Hotel and Spa in Montenegro, especially as I was celebrating my 30th birthday. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I had hoped for. To begin with, the beach club, which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel, was supposed to close on the day we checked out. However, we were informed just a week before we were due to go that it had already closed three weeks early. This was a major disappointment. The hotel offered us an upgrade and two complimentary massages as compensation, but when we arrived, we were told that no one was available to provide the massages. This added to the frustration. To make matters worse, the sauna and steam room were out of order for the majority of our five-night stay. The service was shockingly slow, and the staff seemed disinterested, likely because the hotel was close to closing for the season. Traveling with a baby, I expected more assistance, but we had to repeatedly ask for even the simplest things. The curtains in our room were broken, didn’t fit properly, and the hotel’s boat, which we had hoped to rent for a day, wasn’t working either. In addition, I had informed the hotel that I was celebrating my 30th birthday, and they confirmed this in their system. However, on the actual day, my partner had to remind them, as they hadn’t done anything to acknowledge the occasion. Something as simple as a cake or balloons in the room would have been appreciated. It was quite disappointing to have to prompt them for this, especially after already feeling let down by the rest of our experience. The overall atmosphere was dull and lifeless. Despite being told we could still use the beach club, there were no sunbeds or seating available. Most of the hotel felt empty, and it lacked any sort of ambiance. For the price we paid, the experience was extremely underwhelming. I left feeling quite deflated, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially towards the end of the season when it seemed like the staff no longer cared.

This hotel was TERRIBLE! I have never been made to feel such a nuisance and so unwanted as a guest in a hotel, anywhere ever! Firstly the good points, the room was spacious, and the outdoor pool areas nice, and the view was amazing, and parts of breakfast were nice. One member of staff was standout, the young man who worked om reception and got our car for us (thank you). Other than that it was just awful. The lack of care was staff was staggering. At breakfast there were so many staff members standing about, laughing, looking at their phones whilst people were waiting ages for hot drinks and basic service. Our room was very basically serviced each day - not sure why they bothered they did such a poor job. The staff round the pool areas didn't want to serve anyone, we had to ask for everything (several times), including towels. Glasses and plates stayed outside for days at a a time. None of the nice outside areas were laid out as no "beach part" was on. The worse thing was cost of everything. It was a complete rip off. We didn't eat in the hotel after the first day we had lunch. Two tiny salads and two beers cost £75. Don't stay here unless you want to be ripped off and treated like you're a complete inconvenience to the staff.

Let me start by saying I am not frustrated by my stay there (you know the type that write reviews purely from bad personal experience) so everything you're going to read here is merely a balanced observation and I tried to be as objective as possible. The main thing you need to know about this hotel is it's massively overpriced and I mean massively in a sense of value for money. The cheapest dinner option is "Angus burger" costing €16 (the majority of main dishes in €28-€60 range). Now one can say it's a reasonable price for a gourmet burger in a 5 star hotel and they will be right. However the Nikki Beach burger is a €1.5 frozen pressed cutlet warmed up in microwave. What they call "french fries" is actually thick skin on pub chips. A bottle of local wine (Vranac) in the hotel will cost you anything between €50 and €60 (don't get me started on imported ones) while in the local supermarket you can buy the same for €5-€15. Now comes the funny part: the hotel has run out of black tea. Yes, I am not joking. At breakfast for two days in a row they said black tea was no longer available. The room we stayed in was cold as Arctic, when we asked reception to send someone to look at malfunctioning aircon they said they would but then no one came over during the whole stay. Same thing happened when I asked to swap the room for the room in the same category. They say we'll inform when one becomes available but then they forget about you the next day. At the end we adapted to the one we were in so it was not a big deal but that's about attitude and care. Someone wrote here that staff was disinterested. Couldn't have put it better myself. In summary it's one thing when hotel is pricey but lives up at the level of expectation and quality. At Nikki Beach you just pay through the nose for the ordinary stuff. Thank you but never again. 2 stars for comfortable sun lounges and decent breakfast. The spa is not bad either (bar the prices of course!).
