We have stayed at this property many times & this was the worst stay. The room we were given was dirty. You could feel sand in the sheets & the sheets were also stained. The carpet near the bathroom was wet. The room did not have a closet nor a telephone. I felt we were given the storage room stay in. Not worth the money I paid.

Everything was clean and in a nice area. I specifically booked this hotel due to the shuttle to the airport and I get there and there was no service when I need it and had to pay extra to get a taxi.

The hotel was far from stores & town. You MUST get a taxi to got anywhere if you don't have your own car.

Friendly staff, livery close to airport, though I’ve yet to experience “complimentary breakfast since it starts at 0600. Maybe have at least mugging and juice starting earlier. Many of us leave for airport by 0400.

I recently stayed at Hampton Inn by Hilton Guadalajara-Aeropuertop and I had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the room was clean and comfortable.
