I stayed in the Tsuki room, which was renovated in March 2024. At Toba Station, we were greeted in front of the Kokichi Mikimoto statue in a limousine (black). We were greeted by about 5-6 people at the hotel entrance and entered the room. After the check-in procedure, we waited for matcha tea and sweets on the sofa seats before going to the room. . It is very convenient because you can go to the room in your shoes. There are slippers for the room and slippers for outside, so you can take care of everything. There are chairs and four tables in the dining room, which is about 16 tatami mats, and we enjoyed dinner here. The bedroom has two semi-double beds, a bathtub with a jet bath, and a bathroom washbasin, and the Ise Bay spreads out from the dining room, bedroom, and bathroom, and the sunrise was beautiful in the morning. The dinner was also delicious, and you can choose how to cook the spiny lobster and abalone in advance. For breakfast, rice, sea****, miso stew, etc. are added to the set meal. I enjoyed it very much.

There were some nice staff, but unfortunately it was a disappointing stay. 1) The food service level was poor. The food was served in the wrong order, some were left unserved, and some food was undercooked. Also, when tidying up, they placed the food basket on top of the guests' shoes, and then stepped on them when they left the room. 2) The bath in the old room was also terrible. There were traces of a hole in the bottom that had been covered with plastic tape. 3) To top it off, when we checked out, we were charged for alcohol that we didn't even order (we pointed this out and they corrected it). If you plan to stay, it might be better to skip the food and get a new room to reduce the risk of getting a bad experience.

The food and quantity, the cleanliness of the room, the hot springs, everything was good and I had a comfortable stay. The staff were also polite and I had a pleasant time. If the internet was available in the rooms as well as in the lobby, I think it would be even better for long-term stays and for foreigners.

The facilities are old, but we were able to relax by the beach. Meals were served in the room, so we felt at ease even at this time of year. The staff were friendly and helpful, so we were very satisfied.

The staff was very helpful. I'd like to use it again!
