The price was excellent, and the hotel is super convenient with Nishi-Kasai Station right at the entrance. There are izakayas, coffee shops, and convenience stores nearby. The front desk service was also great; there was an older gentleman who was happy to chat with me in Chinese, which is very rare in Japan, so that was a big plus! The attached picture (image 3) shows the nearest smoking area, which is quite important to know.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located *** not too far from Disneyland. ****
The property has recently been renovated, so everything felt new, clean, and comfortable. Our family of three stayed in a spacious room with three beds, which was perfect for us. The room was also equipped with a washing machine, microwave, and an electric stove, making it incredibly convenient for families who prefer to prepare simple meals.
For the price, this hotel is excellent value. The only downside is that the breakfast selection was a bit limited, but considering the affordable rate, it was still acceptable. Another small drawback is that the hotel does not offer parking, so guests traveling by car may need to plan accordingly.
Despite these minor issues, the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we were very impressed and would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip.
The hotel offers excellent amenities, including convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants. The bathrooms are well-equipped, and the lobby is very relaxing.
The fully self-service check-in feature is very advanced, and I suggest all hostels in Taiwan adopt this approach.
Overall, this hostel exceeded my expectations and is a perfect experience. I look forward to staying there again.
Check-In and Service: Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff. The check-in process was smooth and quick, which I appreciated after a long day of travel. The concierge was extremely helpful, providing great recommendations for nearby restaurants and offering assistance with transportation.
Room: The room was spacious, clean, and elegantly furnished. I had a stunning view of the city skyline, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The amenities were top-notch, including a flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, a minibar, and a Nespresso machine. The bathroom was spotless, with high-quality toiletries and plush towels.
Facilities: The hotel offers a range of excellent facilities, including a well-equipped fitness center and a relaxing spa. I also enjoyed the rooftop bar, which provided a stunning panoramic view of the city — perfect for unwinding after a busy day.
Dining: I had breakfast at the hotel's restaurant each morning, and I was impressed with the variety and quality of the food. Fresh fruits, pastries, eggs made to order, and a wide selection of hot dishes were all available. I also had dinner at the restaurant one evening, and the meal was delicious, with impeccable service.
Highly recommended. Place was thoughfully furnished and designed. New, clean, with a well-equipped kitchenette, plus a coin-operated laundry room at the lobby. Ample room for our family of three adults.
Less than 5 min walk from subway with a great supermarket between where the locals shop (groceries, fruits, fresh sashimi, sushi and packed cooked food). Also a Macdonalds, Lawson and Aeon nearby within short walking distance.
In the outskirts of Tokyo just 5 min walk away from Kasai station on the tozei line which connects to the heart of Tokyo. The hotel was a very nice and comfy place for an affordable price. It included everything from a kitchen to a microwave and also a fridge. There was also a launderette for a small fee. Would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a place to stay in Tokyo!
Booked again, because the location is so convenient. Right by the station, restaurants, Book Off, konbini, etc. I also requested airport drop-off which isn't their own service. I believe it's the city's service, ths hotel just provides a paper with timeslots to which airport & terminal. The drop-off service is a bus a little beyond Kasai Station with a ticket machine next by so very convenient & easy to figure out. The staff tried their best to answer all my questions regarding drop-off & asked if I could leave my luggage at the front desk for roughly 2 hours after checkout, but still needed to wait for my bus. They let me without paying fees. Lastly in terms of service, I asked if they had a scale at the front desk to weigh luggage. Yes, it's a normal step-on scale but super handy because I was just around the weight limit. Overall still very polite & professional.
Room & bathroom were clean. Amenities were good, they provided all the necessities & extra things in the room. Unfortunately I think you have to go to the first floor for water from their cafe/drink bar.
Overall, my 2nd stay there is good. Would book again still.
Had an amazing time staying at this hotel! 🏨✨ Just a 5-minute walk to the metro station and surrounded by plenty of shops and convenience stores—7/11, Lawson, Family Mart, all within walking distance! 🛒🚶♂️ The room was spacious, clean, and super comfortable. Can’t wait to come back again! ❤️ #HotelStay #ConvenienceAtItsBest #ComfortAndStyle

Thank you very much for sending me out when I checked out today, until I walked out of the door, the aunt bowed me to send me away, very, very touched! This is a homestay, not a hotel. In addition to the location, the hardware and service of this homestay itself are full marks, or more than full marks, no one can achieve this ultimate service. Advantages: 1. Clean, very clean, spotless. 2. Perfect service, perfect to feel at home. 3. The price is very low, Much more cost-effective than the hotel. 4. Quiet, quiet at night and living in the countryside, very quiet. Disadvantages: 1. The location is biased, Xigexi is far from the city, there is a subway, and you have to transfer to the attractions. 2. 800 meters from the subway, 8 minutes walk. 3. Business is at the subway entrance, There is an AEON supermarket near the homestay. Exit the subway north, go straight to the family supermarket, go to the GU store, go straight, see NISSIAN's 4S store, cross the road, turn left, go to the HONDA motorcycle store, this is it.

AAnonymous UserOn the Saturday of the Mid-Autumn Festival, hotels in downtown Tokyo were too expensive and full. I accidentally found this hotel. I took a few more subway stops to the suburbs. It was surprisingly easy to find. There were elevators or walkways suitable for dragging luggage when exiting the subway station. Unlike the subway in the city, you have to carry a lot of luggage by yourself. There are many choices of food around the hotel. Although it is a bit old, it is quite clean. Breakfast is a good Western breakfast provided by the cafe next door.
There were three people waiting for late night check-in and bowed all the way to register. Although I had to check out at 10:00 the next day, I felt relieved that I could store my luggage for free. The hotel is one subway stop away from Haneda Airport, which is actually very convenient. A good choice 👍 I plan to stay here again when I come to Tokyo next time. I can save money on accommodation and buy a lot of things!

EE4499****The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from Kasai Station, and the bus stop is diagonally opposite the train station. In the morning, you can take a bus from platform 10 to DisneySea. In the evening, when returning, turn left from the DisneySea exit, walk through the DisneySea subway station to the South Bus Station, and go to platform 9 (make sure you don't go the wrong way).
The breakfast was adequate, nothing special, just enough to fill up. The room was a bit small, only enough space to lay out one 28-inch suitcase flat. DHC skincare samples are available for self-service at the front desk.
There are direct shuttle buses to both Haneda and Narita airports, making it suitable for families visiting Disney. The closest shopping areas are Nihonbashi and Ginza, which are fairly convenient to reach by subway.

GGuest UserMy stay at the Toyoko Inn Nishikasai for 7 days was very enjoyable. This hotel has been quite well maintained and everyone was courteous. There is free water, tea, and coffee at the ground floor along with an ice machine for ice cubes. There are also vending machines for drinks and washing machines/dryers for those who want to do laundry.
It's location is also good for those who wants to visit Tokyo Disneyland (the hotel provides a complementary shuttle bus to get there). The breakfast on offer can get a little repetitive but no complaints from me. Note that they only do cleaning of the rooms once every three days. I'd recommend this property for those who want to stay in Tokyo.
LLeeSophieThe double room is a bit small, the windows are not completely sealed but cannot be opened, and the whistling wind creates high-frequency noise, affecting sleep quality.
I chose this hotel because of its convenient transportation to Disney.
