The customer service is good. The hotel room (for 4 people) is spacious and cozy. I would recommend my friends to reserve a room for their trip.

No Frills. Good and Efficient. Got a nice breakfast\chilling area with free beverage.
Close to many train station but not near to any. That's the only challenge.

It was not bad at all. The staff was kind, Sandwich & Juice for breakfast was great. But I found some hairs on bed when I checked in. Except that, it was a perfect stay.

A very nice and cosy hotel. Room size is small but a very convenient location a few hundred meters away from Akihabara Station.
Breakfast is a normal sandwich box and juice. Recommended for those looking for a nice stay for a few days in Tokyo!

Sometimes, the room service forgot to clean up the garbage bin or the bed. It would be ideal if the receptionists could speak English, not just Mandarin.

Real budget hotel hidden in a quiet street..Serves same type of sandwiches,tomato package and coffee as breakfast every morning.
Staff speaks mandarin and english and are helpful.
Hotel for the budget minded only and is clean.

The staff was very polite and helpful. Although the location is bit far from JR station. But overall quality and performance were great. So, I highly recommend this hotel!
