Due to the building design, many hotel rooms are far from the lift lobby. It was not a nice experience when u need to take a long walk to the room from the lift lobby every time.

Very clean hotel rooms, service is good and love the 24 hour lounge. Hotel is centrally located, a few stops away from Hibiya, Ginza, Shinjuku with subway station under the hotel so you don’t need to go outside. Lots of restaurant options and hip food court downstairs!

Initial Room Issues: Upon settling into our room, we were immediately disturbed by a persistent cracking sound coming from the windows. It was loud enough to wake us up multiple times throughout the night, occurring every 5 to 10 minutes. This was incredibly frustrating, particularly after a long day of travel. Response to Complaints: The next morning, we reported the issue to the front desk and speculated that the noise might be coming from one side of the building. We requested to switch to a room on the opposite side before heading out for sightseeing. However, upon our return later that evening, we were given a room on the same noisy side, just one level up. This felt dismissive of our concerns and came across as a lackluster attempt to resolve our issue. It seemed as though they thought we were merely seeking an upgrade rather than genuinely wanting a quiet place to rest. Final Room Change: After expressing our dissatisfaction once more, the staff finally moved us to another room on the opposite side of the building. While this room was slightly larger and had the benefit of not placing the bed right next to the window, the cracking sound persisted. Although it wasn’t as disruptive as before, it was still disappointing that the initial concerns hadn’t been fully addressed. Culinary Highlight: On a positive note, the food at the hotel’s restaurant was excellent. The dinner was delicious and a highlight of our stay. Conclusion: While the restaurant offered great meals, the room issues and lack of effective communication left much to be desired. I hope the hotel can improve its responsiveness to guest complaints in the future.

Location is very convenient to go around the Tokyo. All services and breakfast are excellent. If my husband and I visit Tokyo again, we will definitely choose it.

The view of Tokyo Tower from the room is unbeatable, the angle is the same as described, the photos are very beautiful, the tower looks even bigger in person, there are many restaurants downstairs, and there is a perfect combination of wine cellar and supporting snacks.
