I have several issues with this hotel on the first night I stay ： 1. The bedding is dirty 2. The room is full of cigarette smoke 3. Consistent noise from the outside/next door 4. Wifi is not working I find it hard to fall asleep, and I need to confront the staff about the issue of having clean bedding. The following day, I requested to change rooms again. Finally, I got a better room. I will not recommend this hotel to my friends.

Service staff very friendly and kindly, allow to storage luggage before check in and after check out, very convenience. The hotel is close to Shinjuku street and metro about 5-7minute by walk.

Hotel location is ok, closed to many attraction activity. The room condition also good amenities good as well. There's also luggage storage if we want to put the luggage.

Good hotel which is near to shinjuku gyoemmae st. Front desk are opened 24 hours with a friendly staff. Check in are smooth. Just a small room and bathroom but its worth the price. suitable for solo travelers or couple that stay longer and want to save budget.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights, and it was a great experience overall. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to unwind. The location was also convenient, with the metro/subway station just a short 7-minute walk away, making it easy to get around the city. There were also plenty of shopping centers and trendy cafes nearby, offering lots of options for dining and entertainment. Perfect choice for a short city stay!
