Family of 3 adults. Nice clean spacious studio room with well equipped kitchen with oven toaster, microvewave, small fridge and washing machine cum dryer. 3rd bed was a bunk bed so 1 of us had to be more agile. Walkable from Ueno JR station abt 15 min walk. Other metro train station nearby too. Family mart nearby. Overall v happy with the location and size of apt

The cleanliness was barely acceptable. The hotel has been open for several years now, and there are many overlooked spots when it comes to cleaning. The surrounding Ueno residential area is quiet, which is nice. Basic services are available, but the key facilities are quite old. I had to unplug the fridge at night because it was too noisy to sleep. The most important thing is that the duvet was placed between two sheets, if you know what I mean. You end up sleeping in between the sheets, and I doubt the duvet cover is changed for every guest.

Didn't want to stay at an airport hotel because of the lack of good food, so I decided to head straight to this hotel in Ueno. From Ueno JR station to the hotel, the streets were filled with delicious food options. They have front desk service and self-service toiletries. The room wasn't particularly large, but it's a normal size for Japan, and it came fully equipped with a washing machine, kitchenware, and more. The room was very quiet, making it super convenient for families with children.

It’s huge room and the only room we stayed almost overslept everyday. They have washing machine as well which is very perfect with my daughter have a lot change over.
