Air condition in the room is very loud, it’s very old and tired, and looks dirty.
The room is tiny, the rug and sofa are full of filthy uncleaned spots.
Limited service to no service.
Location is average.

Hotel staff at reception was not fluent in English. He was focused on informing what he is supposed to tell you and cant understand/help in other matters. Have to resort to google translate.
Room size and amenities are satisfactory. The breakfast is pathetic. More worthwhile and more choices to buy from convenience stalls downstairs. You have to pick up breakfast from lobby and heat up in your own room to consume. The coffee machine was down altho they offerred diy drip coffee.

Really great location in a quiet part of town, easy to get to the other busier parts of Tokyo. Walking distance to the beautiful parks nearby and friendly and helpful staff.

The location is amazing, and the washing machine in the room too. The hotel is nice but the room doesn’t look like 4 stars, especially toilets. We had bad smell problem, they were super responsive trying to fix it but it was not possible.
Another problem is that you’ll not have your room cleaned every day, and this doesn’t sound 4 stars too.
The staff has been very kind and useful for any needs we had. Wifi is ok .
