We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Plaza SUNROUTE Shinjuku! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Shinjuku Station, which made exploring Tokyo incredibly convenient. Despite being close to the hustle and bustle, the hotel itself was quiet and peaceful, perfect for resting after a long day.
The room, while compact (as expected in Tokyo), was thoughtfully designed and very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided were everything we needed, including a humidifier, toiletries, and a handy phone charging dock. Staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile.
There are plenty of dining options nearby, from local eateries to convenience stores, and even a Starbucks just around the corner. We especially appreciated the easy access to shopping areas and the direct train line to major attractions.
Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Shinjuku. Great value for money and a smooth experience from check-in to check-out!

Really happy with Hotel Sunroute Plaza Shjnjuku. We kept our luggage fcoz we went to Mt. Fuji for two nites. Trustworthy & attention to details..Room tis time was bigger; vry much exceed Tokyo standards.

Hotel’s location is very close to Shinjuku Station and many department stores. Everything is very satisfied not only for solo but also for group travelers. We liked this hotel very much.

Quite impressed with the service. I requested extra blanket and I saw it on the bed when checked in. It’s located very conveniently to train station and bus terminal and shopping areas.
