The hotel room is as tiny as many other hotels in Tokyo. It's quite convenient as it's located right between Marunouchi and Kanda - so 10min away from Tokyo Station. Room was clean and services were very nice.

I traveled to the hotel from Narita and its location near Kanda Station is incredibly convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and not too busy. The front desk workers are all very friendly, accommodating, and speak great English. The room is small perfect for a solo traveler with a large suitcase. The room was cleaner than I expected and had a kettle, fridge, and hairdryer. The disposable amenities are located on the first floor before the elevators. Checking in was a breeze as was checking out, even when I checked out at an odd hour. I had no issues at all during my 3 night stay and would definitely stay here again.

Location a bit far to Tokyo station , good hotel with konbini next to the hotel , they provide kose skincare in amenities 👍🏻

Personally I like the hotel as it has easy access to Tokyo Station and Ueno. It is in a more quite neighborhood away from the crowd. The hotel staffs are really friendly and the hotel is very clean. There is a mart next to the hotel

Everything is great but it is more than a 5min unsheltered walk to Kanda station. Room might be tight for very fat people as not much walking space. Overall still recommended for its price range.

This is my second time to stay here, because it's just close to Tokyo station which make it so convenient for me no matter where I am traveling to. And there is also JR station/Subway station within 10mins to the hotel. The room is spacious in general with a reasonable charges. I will come back if I am going to Tokyo next time for sure.

Staff were lovely, very helpful at check-in and check-out. Our room was a lot smaller than anticipated, I could barely get around the beds! There was a small table, but no room for a chair. I am guessing it was designed as a single room and they squeezed another bed in? But we were only there for one night and only had hand luggage, so it wasn’t a problem for us. It is only one stop away from Tokyo Station, which made it easy for us to get to Narita Airport the next day. I would stay there again.
