前台感覺一點服務意識都沒有，酒店什麼都要明碼收費，退房時間一點商量餘地都沒有，完全沒有酒店服務意識，睡覺樓頂是鏡子對着，燈光昏暗，建議出差的不要住這邊，隔音效果完全不行，大家進去之前先看看環境，忘了拍照圖片

這是我住過服務最差的酒店，前台態度傲慢，酒店定價網上殺熟，一個房間網上定價169，前台線下定價130，別人130有窗，網上定的無窗 ，仗着網上訂單無法取消，前台態度就是你愛住不住，要求換個有窗的線下還要加錢，網上訂房與前台訂房價錢和態度截然不同，真的坑
