Everything is good, clean, and service is good, just the air conditioner, it's mad, the lowest temperature in summer is the most windy, it's still not cold and hot all night

Seeking truth from facts, I booked a suite for two nights. The room was great, but the store did not allow me to check in on the first day. The reason was that yesterday’s guest had to renew the room today. I did not live on the first day, and the hotel manager promised to give me a breakfast as compensation the next day. When I went to the front desk to check in the next day, I finally succeeded, but the promised breakfast voucher was not given to me at first because I forgot to give it. Then I returned to the front desk again to get the voucher.

是出差來的銅陵，房間衞生乾淨，大姐也很熱情，窗子是整面的落地窗，陽光透出來特別的好看温馨
前台的小姐姐也很熱情，前台有準備卸粧濕巾，花露水，護手霜，皮筋，牙線，身體乳，這些附加用品準備的很充分，房間裏有準備兩瓶免費的礦泉水，找前台小姐姐又要了兩瓶也沒收費！服務真的很貼心，而且還有小機器人可以送物
早餐品種也很多，麪條炒菜粥都有，而且真的很好吃，非常滿意，下次出差還會選擇這家酒店，希望維也納越做越好！
