We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Splendid Clubhouse, and we couldn't be more satisfied with our experience. Originally, we had booked our stay at Eden Clubhouse, but due to maintenance, we were upgraded to Splendid Clubhouse. This unexpected change turned out to be a delightful surprise.
From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. We are especially thankful for Butler Fan's 范家辉 warm reception. He greeted us at the car drop-off point, assisted with our luggage, and facilitated a seamless check-in process. As he guided us to the hotel, he graciously pointed out several key spots along the way.
Upon reaching the hotel, Butler Fan continued to ensure our comfort by showing us around the premises and helping with dining bookings. His attentiveness and friendliness set the tone for our entire stay.
Our hotel room was incredibly spacious, providing us with the perfect environment for rest and relaxation. We had a wonderful night's sleep, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was serene and inviting.
The service we received from beginning to end was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. One of the highlights was the foot bath, which was an unexpected bonus and a lovely touch to our stay.
In summary, our stay at Splendid Clubhouse was nothing short of splendid. We left feeling refreshed and grateful for the outstanding service and amenities provided. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

The hotel is situated in a classic scholar garden. It's a bit far away from the entrance but free shuttles offer excellent way getting in and out the hotel. The surrounding is very quiet and away from major tourist traffic. The hotel is right by a classy covered bridge and near the canal so it's nice to walk to that side.
We have traveled the world staying in many luxury hotels but Eden Club House offered the best service we've received. XiaoJin小金 and team picked us up from the entrance, arranged luggage to be transferred to the hotel and back to the entrance on the departing date.
I like Eden Club working with the nearby large hotel to offer the swimming pool options. We enjoyed the infinity pool a lot. We appreciated hotel staff toured us around that lively riverbank area.
My girls loved the free fish food offered by the hotel, just one of many examples that the hotel service team went above and beyond to increase customer satisfaction.

Our stay has been nothing short of amazing! We were lucky enough to be upgraded to Silk Commerce Clubhouse and the team at the hotel was incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect. The hotel’s interior is absolutely stunning and they serve delicious tea that we couldn’t stop drinking.
We will definitely be returning, thank you for making our stay so memorable!

We had the most wonderful stay here. The atmosphere is incredible, the room surpassed our imagination , and the best part is the staff. They make the stay into a magical experience, especially 管家小李, he helped us with anything over text, simply amazing. We can't wait to come back and have a longer stay.

Great stay at Eden Club House. Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The entire check-in process was smooth and hassle-free as our luggage was picked up by the staff at the service centre, and there was also a buggy ride that dropped us off directly at the hotel. We were served snacks and tea at the waiting area while the staff helped us with check-in paperwork. One of the staff also explained in detail to us about the various attractions nearby and which ones to visit first. We were also given complimentary pudding. Service during breakfast next day was fantastic as well. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and the service was impeccable, on par with some of the best 5-star international hotel chains (or maybe even better). Will definitely recommend to all who are visiting Wuzhen. A big thank you to 小金 and 小许 for such a memorable stay at Eden Club House!

The room was clean and tidy. It was very cold when I went there, but the heater was on in the room and it was very warm. I took a bath with my mother at night. There was a disposable bathtub cover, which was very convenient. Xiao Wu was online the whole time. You could find him if you had any questions. He was even online at 11 o'clock in the evening. There were people to pick up and drop off the luggage. The manager sister who passed by when I went down the stairs also helped me move the suitcase. I was very grateful! The location of the hotel is also very convenient. After crossing the bridge, you will reach the main street. It is very close to scallion stew, rice dumplings, and shredded radish cakes. Not a bad experience~
