避雷，真的千萬別訂，就算你衹是落腳幾小時也別來定。前台特別趾高氣揚，而且隔音巨差無比，凌晨兩點多還能聽見樓上和隔壁的聲音。水管是生銹的，廁所的玻璃門不知道為什麼留着莫名其妙的水斑，房間走進去有很重的“酒店味”，這些都算了，反正衹是幾小時的落腳地。但是這家酒店真的不行。都是消費者還分出三六九等來了，真夠搞笑的哈前台姐。有被包房的情況和我們提前説明是會怎麼樣呢？？等我們晚上忙完活動了趕回來想趕緊辦理入住洗澡睡覺的時候，和我們擱這“指點”呢？我們合理提出説如果存在這種情況了為什麼不提前説明呢，還一副愛搭不理的刻薄樣，“那你們可以現在就退房”。晚上十一點了大姐，是你給我們現找唄？而且我們既然在一堆酒店裡當初感覺豬油蒙心地選了你們難道不也是因為你們離我們第二天行程地點近嗎？？然後在前台衹有我們的時候問前台有沒有插頭可以借，根本不理我們的需求。

桐鄉新苑精緻酒店，這次住宿我非常滿意，位於市中心性價比高，設施齊全，交通便利，酒店的環境不錯，房間很大，衞生很好，房間裏光線很好，陽光充足，床鋪柔軟舒適，還有沙發，樓下還有書吧可以看看書，酒店服務熱情，很温和，地理位置也很好，有停車場，停車非常方便，還是免費的，而且對面就是湖邊，晚上吃了飯在湖邊散散步非常舒適，總體來説很是非常滿意的哦

酒店位置不錯，旁邊就是很有名的桐鄉煲可以去吃。但是衞生打掃比較糟糕，第一次見衞生間濕噠噠的，地都沒拖乾淨，馬桶上也全是水。房間隔音效果比較差，隔壁放電視聽的一清二楚。
