Really good stay, clean hotel and facilities. Have to give a special mention to Selcuk in lobby bar who's service the full week was second to none. Only criticism if at all was the fact we had been advertised a la carte restaurants but we're only given the option on 1 night and was Italian only so not the choice as advertised.

Enjoyed our stay at the Duja Bodrum Hotel, all the staff were really friendly. The room was spacious with a lovely sea view. The spa pool was warm and big enough to enjoy a decent swim, whereas the main pool was absolutely fantastic, one of the biggest pools we've ever swam in. Enes was particularly helpful and polite. Would definitely come back.

Completely agree with review above, issues were being ripped off we were sold a trip not sure if he was rep for Duja but got charged over £100 for ferry to kos, when I questioned price The man lied and said it included taxes as we would be charged a lot if tax, Dies he not realise by doing this we will not come back I realise everyone needs to make a living but English won’t come back if we’re fleeced everywhere food was definitely catered for Turkish even asking staff where toilet was most didn’t understand The manager was lovely I forget his name, guest relations I think but I was concerned at the lovely spa ladies huddled in small room seemed very cramped massage was amazing but the staff doing the massages should be getting all the money not the men on reception just selling

I really enjoy about the hotel. Animation team, live music and foods are amazing. The hotel is so clean and the staff is so kind. Thanks for the cleaning department Hülya, round and flat bread makers in snack Gökhan, Umut, Ahmet, Italian alacart staff Salih and the manager Tarık, Ray Bar staff Selçuk, beach bar staff Eray, also to all managers, Sinan, Barış, Ümit and Alaaddin for the amazing holiday. Spa is really amazing too. I really advise Dekpar for the massage and the manager Şaban is too kind. We will visit again. It is o family place. I advise Duja to all. Add this hotel to your to do list.

We come for a short holiday but we return with a big dream. Once again, the service is a disgrace, the food is very bad, tasteless and of poor quality. Employees are forced to work because they are overloaded with work and they cannot do it yet. We queue for half an hour for a Turkish coffee. Tea was never served. Prices at the snack bar, orders did not come, and when I asked where the order was, he received the pastry. Dear hotel management, is it on its way to make a profit by cutting down on the elements? Or do you care about customer-oriented service quality? We thought about coming again in July, but we gave up. I wouldn't recommend this place. It's 1 o'clock in the morning and a group of beautiful people with their children are throwing themselves into the pool in front of our room. Their loud conversations echo in our room. None of us, including my little baby, can sleep thanks to them. Even though we reported it to the reception, there was no intervention. Unconscious and disrespectful people stay in the hotel.
