I had to ask for check in instructions as they were still not provided 24 hours before check in like they were supposed to be. Upon arrival, the pull-out couch was broken, many of the dishes were broken/chipped. The noise from the train was incredibly loud late into the night, and the neighbours renting the unit next door to us during our stay were playing loud music and yelling until 4am. Would not stay here again.

Location good. It is right by the 503 bus stop with a straight forward ride to Downtown. The apar**ent was easy to find and clean. Good shower room and kitchenette facilities and a comfortable bed. Longo's supermarket within a 10 minute walk.

The apar**ent was well appointed but the outside was dirty with overturned garbage bins and litter.

Clear directions were given how to check in and check out. Parking comes with it, very clean place, comfortable especially if you’re going on a family trip. Definitely definitely recommended.

Poor communication - no instructions provided on how to check in. I had to call and request the information. While staying there was another couple was turned away as they had double booked the other unit.

Great experience! Couldn’t check in til 4pm would be the only minor thing, but they offered a 1 pm luggage drop off and sent us the instructions on access to the property well in advance of that! A couple days! So super minor! Everything else was great , a great place and no complaints at all , 5/5 ! Was exactly like the pics, easy communication, very nice and spacious and reasonably priced ! Would stay again

Clean and cozy. Easy entrance procedure and convenient parking.
Very minor repair required to the curtain rod, which was broken when we arrived. It's nice to be told of that stuff beforehand so you don't need to worry that you're going to be held responsible for it.
