Crowne Plaza Toronto - North York
"near bus stop, quiet , and lot of restaurants around there! and easy to go downtown.highly recommend."
Kimpton SAINT GEORGE HOTEL by IHG
"The Kimpton St. George Hotel is located in the city center, close to the University of Toronto. It is very convenient to travel to and from the campus and shopping. Thank you Ctrip for giving us the right choice. The soft-boiled eggs for breakfast were great, and the French fries were also delicious. The hotel room is clean and comfortable, the staff is very friendly and the service is good. Come to Toronto, stay at Kimpton."
Warmwood Stay
"The host was very friendly. We had a late-night schedule and waited until very late to check in before we could finally sleep soundly. The room was clean, making it a good choice for business travelers or those attending trade shows. There are plenty of Chinese supermarkets and restaurants nearby!"
Holiday Inn Toronto Downtown Centre by IHG
"It was very clean and the location was amazing too. But it’s a little loud at night - I guess just a big city problem."
DoubleTree by Hilton Toronto Downtown
"A great location for many of Toronto's tourist spots. Swimming pool and gym were well maintained. Thank you for an enjoyable stay."
Union Hotel
"Great stay! Very modern and intentionally designed. The heating/ac system is a bit loud when it’s working to get to the desired temp."
Skye Residences
"Staying in the hotel was fantastic experience . Unfortunately frustrating part of our stay was room service ( room cleaning) . Despite our request for room cleaning service , we found our room was totally dirty . Bed was not properly made up . Outer wise everything is good 😊"
Hilton Toronto
"The room was quite spacious and there was bottled waters included"
Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel
"It's a very nice stay, the location was very good and I booked through Ctrip, it was very friendly."

Fairmont Royal York Hotel
"It was lovely to complete out trip using Via Rail, to roll across the street and there it was. It was a relaxed, lovely 5 days we spent at the Fairmont. Great swimming pool, the cleaners were lovely and efficient. Didn't eat there but so many places nearby for us to access. Finished our 3 week week trip through Canada with great style"
Shangri-La Toronto
"Good location and great 5* quality hotel and service , also stayed at the Fairmont and this hotel is far better standard in all areas"
Park Hyatt Toronto
"Amazing stay. Loved it"
Four Seasons Hotel Toronto
"The room is very big and great"
The St. Regis Toronto
"Good services and facilities Good services and facilities"
Samesun Toronto
"Hostel is fine, rooms are clean but hostel has no lift. Breakfast is also added which is good part."
Holiday Inn Toronto International Airport by IHG
"The location is good. But we got an old room with lots of noise from the pipe at night."
Novotel Toronto North York
"Hotel location is quite convenient, metro station just 3 minutes away. The worst issue is the toilet flashing system."
Chelsea Hotel Toronto
"While the hotel is perfectly situated, is clean and has all the amenities, it's as busy as an airport check in. It opens to the street from 3 sides making navigating the lobby quite intense. There are people everywhere. My room which was tidy and clean was very very cold. I had to run the fan coil at 90 F for hours to get warm. Room TV channels are limited and the TV didn't allow adding your own apps or screen sharing. Overnight parking fees are expensive even at the discounted rate. 655 Bay St parking is cheaper and easier to navigate. The self service check in worked really well allowing me to skip the huge check in queue but it made the entire hotel experience impersonal."
Toronto Marriott City Centre Hotel
"Good service in a extraordinary location"
The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto
"The hotel was meeting my expectations. The staff here were very attentive and very friendly."
Downtown Toronto luxury condos
"Worst experience ever!! Unprofessional owner, not easy to communicate with (tried to call, message and WhatsApp) but the owner let me wait in front of the building 1.30hrs Although I had filled card details for deposit and estimates arrival time in the form that owner sent you via email before the day of checking in, she didn't give me the check-in instructions. The place is not a service apartment but more like Airbnb, so owner asked you not to contact with reception. After let my 70+ yrs old parents and I waiting for hours and many attempts to contact owner( I had asked Trip.com to contact owner as well), she sent me another emails requesting me to pay for deposit again. Then finally instructions had been sent to me and I just realized that she's been living up there in the same building all the time while letting us waiting. No apologies, not a word. The room has one bedroom and another semi double bed outside (in front of the bathroom door) without door but with curtain. You can find better and cheaper room in the neighborhood. After checked out, I found that the CAD350 has been charged to my credit card. Had to contact the owner asking for refund."
Holiday Boutique Suites
"First of all, this is not a hotel, but an apartment in a residential building. Check-in is remote, with the payment of a security deposit to be returned at check-out. I waited an hour and a half with my family in the lobby, including three children, for them to recognize the deposit ($300) I had made. We were already tired and nervous, I almost gave up on staying, but it was already paid for, so we stayed. After checking out, the difficulty of getting the deposit back began. First they said it would take 3 to 4 days. Then they apologized for the delay, but said that the deposit was being processed. Ten days have passed and I still haven't received my money back. I feel cheated, ripped off, disrespected. Trip.com should delete this site from its platform immediately, because they are not reputable professionals and they do not respect their customers, and they take unagreed values. Never book this place! Run away! Guaranteed trouble! I WANT MY MONEY BACK !!!"
Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto
"⭐ 1 Star – Unacceptable service, inconsistent explanations and poor management My experience at the Great Canadian Casino Resort Hotel was extremely disappointing and frankly unacceptable. I left my room in the morning, and when I returned, it had not been cleaned at all. Towels were still all over the floor, the bed was untouched, and nothing had been cleaned. The only thing that had changed was that two bottles of water were left behind, which clearly shows that staff did enter the room but chose not to clean it. When I reported this at the front desk and showed photos, the initial response from the staff member was that rooms are only cleaned every other day. Shortly after, this explanation suddenly changed to claiming that I had refused housekeeping service, which is completely false. I never refused anything, and I did not even see or speak to housekeeping at any point. This level of inconsistency is extremely concerning and gives the impression that staff are simply making up explanations to avoid responsibility. After this, I had to wait for quite some time for the manager. Eventually, Carlos / Carlo arrived, the front desk manager on April 2nd around 11:15 PM, and his attitude was unfriendly, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of taking responsibility, he repeated the claim that I refused service and said they would “investigate,” without offering any immediate solution. When I pointed out that resolving guest issues is literally his responsibility as a manager, he still failed to act. What should have been their problem became mine. This is not just poor service, this is a complete failure in management and these kind of “managers” never should become managers! A housekeeping mistake can happen. However, lying about a guest, shifting blame, and refusing to take responsibility at a management level is far worse. That is what truly made this experience unacceptable. It is honestly a huge shame for the owners of this beautiful resort. They have clearly invested a significant amount of money into building something impressive, but placing the wrong person in a management position completely undermines that effort. That is incredibly unfortunate. The only positive note is that the night housekeeping staff member, Francis, was kind, helpful, and professional. He brought towels and genuinely tried to assist, which I appreciate. Unfortunately, due to the poor handling, lack of accountability, and unprofessional management, I would absolutely not stay here again and strongly advise others to reconsider."
The Westin Harbour Castle, Toronto
"It is a convenient location with great views of the harbourn"
Revery Toronto Downtown, Curio Collection by Hilton
"Clean and modern. Great service. Would stay at again. Highly recommend."
Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Toronto Downtown
"Manager is not friendly. Asked for one day refund because of early check out, no negotiation."
Courtyard Toronto Downtown
"The room is ok and the hotel was located in a nice position, the overall experience is good"
