We spent 6 days with a group of 6 people (3 couples) for puma tracking in Torres del Paine. We have had a wonderful week. The rooms are nice and clean with very large beds (although they also have rooms with 2 or three smaller beds). All facilities are beautifully decorated with artifacts related to the sheep and wool industry (like sheep hides and old sewing machines). Restaurant staff is very friendly. Quality of the food is excellent (although the choice is a bit limited for a whole week) and there’s a large selection of wines available.

The place is very nice, but that's where everything positive about this stay ends. They don't show you the food menu when you order it. Then you order a sandwich like we did and they charged us CPL 12,000 for each one!!! We're talking about a medium-sized sandwich. I found the owner a bit arrogant, and honestly the location of the place is not pretty at all. For the same price you can stay in Rio Serrano and have views of the Towers. I would never recommend this site
