Stayed for 2 nights with wife and 2 teenagers, owner was very hospitable. Property is new and looks it. Everything is nice and clean. Rooms where nice sizes. Food was good and reasonably priced considering you are pretty remote. Needed more gas to cruise the Park and owner directed me to a neighbor who sold me some gas and really allowed me one more day of adventure in the Park. You can walk to a bigger hotel 5 minutes down the road if you want to grab a glass of wine, tea, coke etc.. in a bar/lobby setting to “break it up”.

We stayed one night here and two nights in the nearby Rio Serrano Hotel. Rio is slightly more expensive but much better value and quality. The rooms in Morrena are extremely sparse -- no cups, lotion, bottle opener etc. When I asked the front desk for a bottle opener and a cup, one of the older ladies at the desk said I needed to pay a $10 fee for the cup until I argued a cup should have been included w/ the room in the first place and she did relent. The younger lady at the desk came by later to apologize for the older lady. As an experience overall it was fine, but compared to Rio, it was lacking in several aspects. The rooms had harsh overhead lighting only, no views of the mountain from the property, and the breakfast was very sparse compared to other hotels. The dinner menu was also pretty limited. The overall feeling of the service was very different from Rio which was very professional and made you feel welcomed from the start (e.g. welcome drinks, a documentary viewing at 9pm), compared to having to argue to just get a cup to drink wine from which made me feel uncomfortable every time i walked past the front desk. We walked by several other properties nearby like Pampa Lodge, Hotel del Paine and Rio Serrano and they all had better views from their yards.

Excellent location to visit the park but also for beautiful strolls to the sorrento river. Host and team offer a very personal and engaged service, we stayed for 3 nights and they prepared breakfast for our self service long before breakfast time for us to start the day before 6 o'clock. At the same time it is cosy and has amenities to spend the day in/around the hotel in case of bad weather. The food offered is very good also in variety. Considering above, the location, the short season and the price level in Chile all together our preferred option for a next visit.

There aren’t many options if you want to stay overnight nearby Torres del Paine’s entrance and Morrena Lodge is a good choice. Still expensive (about 1000usd for 3N), but location is great and the lodge itself very pretty. A lot of the pictures on their social media profiles are actually taken outside of the property, but anyway you are very close to the river and the rooms either face the mountain range or beautiful grasslands. Our room was comfortable and wifi worked throughout the whole structure. Breakfast buffet was rather poor, but luckily you can ask for extra eggs. We also had 3 dinners at the restaurant and everything was very good, especially the filet medallions we had for Sylvester. Staff at the restaurant is wonderful, the one at the reception… not quite so! Very reluctant to give advices about what to do and the messages I wrote a day ahead of our arrival to request info went all ignored and unanswered.

We had a very nice 3 night stay this month. The team made us feel welcome, the food was excellent, and the young man who shuttled us to different sights in park went above and beyond, staying out late to locate pumas (alas, they remain elusive) and then stopping multiple times as we photographed the magnificent December sunset over the park and many lakes.

The property is beautifully presented but it felt like we were in a Fawlty Towers movie. No water each morning due to pump failure, no drinking glasses in the room, we had to fix (ie the wiring) of our bedside lights, wrong meals served. You had to choose your meal a few hours prior and a bit hit and miss as to when you would get it and if it would be hot enough to eat. This area (Torres Del Paine) is way over priced and frankly it felt like gouging tourists. I think the owners of this property are still learning so give them the benefit of doubt. Hopefully they will take feedback well. It is a beautiful property.

This Lodge is definitely more of a guest house than hotel experience. The lodge appears to be newly built and it has a bright clean feel to it. The rooms have big windows and are very bright. The bathroom had hooks and decent counter space. There is a dog on property that is super chill. We are not dog people, but it never barked once and just kept to itself. Breakfast was the same each day, but had enough variety to not get bored. The make fresh breakfast and loaf bread daily that are delicious. Dinner is expensive, but quality with enough variety on the menu. The staff was very friendly, even lent us an extra backpack one day for our hike. We loved the different sitting areas to relax, play cards, enjoy the views, or have a snack. The couple negatives were - difficult to regulate the heat in the guest room, sometimes a funky order in the bathroom. I would absolute recommend this place as a great option to stay. It is just a few km outside the park entrance.

Review for Restaurant Only - Pros: Decent decor. Nice waitress. Cons: - Miniscule portions, my salmon was about 1/4 the size of the salmon in Hotel Lago Grey. - High prices. Much more expensive than Hotel Lago Grey restaurant. - Unlike the Lago Grey restaurant, they charged us 19% tax and refused to remove it.

This is a brand new family run facility, just opened Oct. 2022. It is set in a beautiful river valley just a 10 minute drive from one of the Torres del Paine National Park gates. The drive from Puerto Natales is approx. 1 1/2 hour on mostly gravel road, very manageable. The lodge is very nice, with examples of beautiful woodwork everywhere. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the food delicious. Breakfast was included ( toast, meat, cheese, fruit, baking). Boxed lunches were available for purchase. We did not order lunches, but our dinners were wonderful. Our room was perfect, comfortable, and very clean. 5 min walk from a seating area at the river. I highly recommend the Morrena lodge!
