Hotel appears nice and clean on the outside with great outdoor staff. Location and amenities were worth the resort fee.
However, our garden view suite was less than ideal with poor venting (ie. no dehumidifier so clothes and bed sheets were always damp), extremely moldy window sills due to poor ventilation even with windows open and loud AC/fan which had to be run at all times due to dampness. When we asked the office, they said to turn the AC to 62 degrees which was too cold to be comfortable on rainy days. Towels are old and well used. Housekeeping was minimal with dirty floors evident after our room was cleaned. Sunday had no housekeeping service. Beds were not made for two days even with damp sheets. Found a cockroach in one of the bed sheets. Lack of outlets and bathroom storage was inconvenient too. Will not be back for these reasons.

Very clean. Recently renovated. Friendly staff, from front desk to property staff. Parking kind of a pain, tight spots along sometimes busy Gulf Blvd. A little bit of a walk to the Gulf across the sand. This area has very wide open area from properties to water.

Great Experience at the Tahitian Resort! There are two outdoor heated pools and many outdoor games available for free. These amenities were perfect for our stay since the weather wasn’t super warm. The property has beach access and kayak rentals as well as bike rentals. We could have stayed occupied just at the resort. Highly recommend if you are in the treasure island area. Perfect location as it’s in between St.Johns Pass and St.Pete beach.

The location and the room were great. The parking got very difficult by the end of the week and on the weekend. We were disappointed that housekeeping did not include fresh sheets. There were towels to take to the beach as noted on their website. Overall this is a beautiful place to stay and I would stay their again and recommend it.

Stayed in a very nice 2 bd suites that was stocked with all amenities. Bathroom mirror and sink area was not cleaned at all, could have been forgotten.

The hotel was very clean and employees were nice. It is in a perfect location. Our room was updated and the beds were amazing!
There were only 2 issues, we had and they aren't that big. Only 1x during our visit (4 night stay) did house cleaning offer us new towels. Our room was never cleaned or beds maid during our stay. Not sure this is normal for them or just because it was January and they were short staffed. The other was the bathroom could have used an operating fan as the bathroom steamed up quickly and the water ran down the walls. This will lead to mold and drip marks on the newly painted/updated room. Other than that we loved it and plan on staying there again later this year.
