I would not recommend staying here. Our experience was not good. First off, the ocean "view" is almost non-existent. You could see some of it, but not much, from one of our windows. Second, it's located right on a 4 lane busy street and is very noisy. When we mentioned this to the office manager, her response was go to Walmart and get a floor fan for white noise! Also, be aware of their cancellation policy...8 days in advance and even though it's their policy and totally under their control to enforce, they are quite inflexible. We definitely and most certainly will never stay at this place again.

unit 7 is shoddy to say the least needs new refrigerator and bathroom is gross and too small bedroom window you hear traffic and see lights all night pool furniture is not comfortable and they don’t provide beach chairs or umbrella will never stay here again

We had an excellent 3 night/4 day stay. The staff was pleasant and very accommodating to our requests during our stay. The unit we stayed in was clean and the kitchen had just about everything you needed to cook meals. Loved that it was an easy walk to the beach and to John's Pass area. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others who are ok with an older property.

We stayed in the Johns Pass area a few times before and walways wanted to stay closer to the bridge for easier walking. We saw this property on prior walks and decided the location was just right. We booked a five day stay. The office staff was exceptional upon checkin-she walked us to our apartment, showed us each room, told us about all amenities and literally showed us around. Once settled she made sure we found everything to our satisfaction. The apartment is beautifully decorated in a beach theme. The apartment was spotless. Full size kitchen with everything we can think of supplied. Romy living room area with plenty of seating. Noting worn out. Nic sized kitchen table. Two comfy queen beds with adjoining sizeable bathroom-great alternative to a hotel. If this was a condo for sale-we would want to buy it. Very happy with this choice and may just make it an annual stay.

We had a great experience with this stay... everything could not be better with the exception of the cold weather.... but we happen to be there during a seafood festival.... we parked and walked to johns pass.. we will return . The next time we will bring other groups to rent here too.

apartment is old but roomy. My only issue was that it was listed as a 3 bedroom apartment but in order to get to the 3rd bedroom you had to go through the 2nd bedroom. No privacy at all for the 2nd and 3rd bedroom. This is important info that should have been disclosed.

We enjoyed our stay! Very close to beach and Johns Pass. It was a bit noisy sitting outside the unit, but once inside noise wasn't an issue.

Had a nice time at this location. The pool was beautiful and the ocean is just a quick walk away. We only had a few days to enjoy the area and am really happy we found this place to do so.
