After checking in, I found that the room had a strong musty smell. I turned on the air conditioner and found that there was no response. When I went to the counter to report that there was no air conditioner, I was told that I had to set strong wind + minimum temperature to have air conditioning. I went back to the room and followed the instructions of the counter staff, but there was still no air conditioner (machine) Not working at all). After waiting for an hour, there was still no air conditioning, so I reported it to the counter again; the counter staff still said that the air conditioning was running, and that the air conditioning must be set to strong wind + minimum temperature. According to the counter staff, reset the strong wind + minimum temperature again.

The service is very good! The front desk was very considerate. The hotel was clean beyond expectations and had all the facilities. The only small problem is that the sound insulation is not very good, so it is recommended to bring earplugs.

Close to the subway station, 3 minutes walk.
The service is good, the breakfast is too few, clean, and the air conditioning is freezing.

Hôtel proche du métro et des bus beaucoup de commerces et restaurants à proximité
Il est un peu loin du centre de Madrid mais pour ma visite il est à mi chemin donc un bon compromis
Attention avec les transports publics car il fait partie d'une autre zone et pour l'aéroport +3eur de plus si vous n'avez pas le bon abonnement

Staff were great but the hotel is very tired paper coming off walls, mould in the shower, poor to non existent temperature controls and no bar on Friday evening.
