Very disappointed with this hotel, the service is poor, unpleasant waiters as well as the receptionist.
The positive point is the beautiful Montchoisy beach, but to get there you have to go through an unmaintained pebble beach with old laundry lying around. The trolley of dirty laundry also for two days next to our room. Cobwebs in the bathroom furniture level, yellow toilet seat, aging bedroom furniture. bird droppings on the sun loungers and terrace the photos on the Site are beautiful but the reality is quite different. very noisy establishment, and nearby hotel which organizes parties so bring earplugs.the menu is not varied and a little expensive.lots of stray dogs who howl to death beach towels not changed in 2 days.we came for our 30th wedding anniversary and anniversary and no wishes.when we shared our comments with them, we only received a sorry...

Had a wonderful 7 days. Boutique very close to all amenities. Spectacular views from a beautiful dining and pool area right on the beach Rooms so clean fresh and comfortable Staff are so helpful going xtra mile to make you comfortable. Restaurant lovely. Good food and service 10/10 Well done had a wonderful experience will be back for sure

What a lovely holiday. Mystik lifestyle boutique hotel was amazing. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make your holiday even better. Stunning views, lovely atmosphere, clean and all in all an amazing hotel. I will definitely be back.

The restaurant is filled with rude staff, they have a massive sign saying open to the public but refuse to serve people. The man in charge speaks very well but is rude and not helpful. They chased many people away, while there we many open tables. No help and no attempt to help unhappy customers

The hotel is in desperate need of a revamp. Their staff need to be more customer centric. And have a greater sense of urgency. Management need to he available and able to make decisions. The staff were very friendly but they need to be trained in customer service. The security man at the gate was competent and friendly.

Chaya and the Mystik team provide exceptional service delivery. The rooms are simple yet comfortable and equipped with the basics. Friendliness and professionalism is a constant. During our stay we had a bit of a medical emergency and the assistance we received at the hotel was amazing. They really went out of their way to check in on us, ensured we had everything we needed. The hotel space is always clean and well maintained. The restaurant is quite pricey and slightly limited. They do offer halaal friendly dining, however we weren't comfortable with preparation and so opted to keep with vegetarian options. All in all it was a beautiful stay and experience.

Located between two great beaches this is a small, quiet and peaceful haven! Rooms are nice, cozy and clean. Of course the are gekkos and maybe other insects (we only saw cute little gekkos during a week’s stay), ’cause we are in the tropics!!! The balcony didn’t have any furniture, not even chairs, and I wondet why? Well, didn’t spend time there, access to the pool area/ beach was so easy. Fixed breakfast options is ok for one week, fixed dinners (two options for entree snd for main course) were marvellous: beautifully set up and tasty dishes!! This hotel had the cleanest pool and with great sea views. Sunbeds are comfortable and different chairs are available for admiring the sunsets. Partial sea view was really partial! You could hardly see anything because on the numerous palm trees. Upper deck lounge had clear views and so did the 2nd floor bar. I would absolutely stay in this hotel again!👌 Staff in friendly, and for examole renting a car through the hotel is cheap and easy. Ask for Ravreen!

Unfortunately I should have checked the reviews before choosing this dirty and unsafe hotel! Your belongings are really not safe here! Staff is rude and they are watching you leaving the room for a pool, beach or town, and they are not embarassed to go through your stuff! My wife saw a lady from the reception going through people luggage in the luggage room - i would suggest to avoid this hotel completely! It's also dirty and noisy, there are cockroaches everywhere as well as geckos coming through huge holes in the windows into the room. Not a pleasant or safe space for a price you pay!

We had the most awesome time at this beautiful boutique hotel. The General Manager Jared was attentive and visible all the time during our 7 day stay. Stopping at our table having a chat and giving great local recommendations. We really loved our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you also to Mogie for keeping our room spotless along with all the other awesome team members at Mystik. The food was absolutely delicious, dinners and lunches were fine dining and delicious. Thank you so much, Mystik, for creating unforgettable memories for us!!!
