This is one of the best hotel I have stayed in Japan within reasonable prices. I was visiting Center for computational science, Tsukuba University. The shuttle service of the hotel is very nice and convenient. If you are visiting KEK this hotel is also perfect. The one thing I love about the hotel is the public bath and the Sauna.
One thing is missing is the public bus information. That is a bit confusing if you are travelling from the Tsukuba center.

Convenient for the institute I was visiting but far from Tsukuba center. Free shuttle bus is available. Clean basic Japanese hotel if you need to be in this area. Good italian restaurant in the hotel and also fast food and other options nearby.

サウナが気持ちよくて香りも最高でした。朝が使えないのが残念です。 室内の風呂がなかったのですが特に困りませんでした。浴室に鏡が設置してなかったので髭剃りに少し困りました。 お部屋は、キレイで過ごしやすく、近くにコンビニもあるで助かりました。ベッドの寝心地は良かったのですがマットレスの高さが合っていないのが気になりました。部屋にあるティーパックがお茶しかなくコーヒーや紅茶があってもいいのではと思います。

フロントはセルフか有人か選べます。お風呂は、フロントでカギを受け取る完全セキュリティの入口、ロッカーもカギ付き、体を洗う場所3つ、内風呂はないものの、サウナ（セルフロウリュウ）露天風呂1つあり温度も快適でのんびり出来ました。 お部屋はツイン。ベッドが大きい。ベッドとベッドのスペースも広く家具も落ち着いた色で外国の部屋っぽくて素敵でした。 周辺にはコンビニなどもあり周辺環境もいいと思いました。

コンパクトなビジネスホテルですが、立地も良く、満足感が得られるホテルでした。 ベットが広く枕の質も良く、ゆっくり眠れました。大きくはありませんが、大浴場(露天風呂)もあり、イタリアンの食事がこれまた美味しく大満足。コスパが良いのでまた利用させていただきたいと考えています。ただ、マッサージチェアが１階ロビーにあるのはどうかと…。利用しにくいです。せまくても、各階廊下に１台ずつ設置いただけるとありがたいです。

つくばへの旅行で宿泊しました。 普通のホテルで泊まるにはちょうど良いです。景観は特にないです。 夕飯のイタリアンがとても美味しかったです。今回はプラン内での食事でしたが、個人的にまた行きたいです。 ただ、食事会場には子供用の椅子は無いです。朝食は時間遅くに行ったせいか冷たかったです。 お部屋には子供用のスリッパや枕、歯ブラシがあるのが嬉しかったです。 また、ホテルの人の細かい気遣いがあり、とても助かりました。
