Such a very nice hotel. 5/5 their staff is very passionate with their job. Everyone is so approachable and always smiling. Rooms are clean and big!Breakfast is great too, plus with a spectacular view from their restaurant. Will strongly recommend Sapa Yen Hotel to my friends.

The hotel is new, but the location is not good. We stayed there for one night and immediately moved to a five-star hotel in the city center with French decoration. The biggest problem with this hotel is that it is far from the city center and the road is sloped, dilapidated and lacks lighting. Not recommended.

The location is reasonably high, so you can see the city at a glance, and the view was great when I woke up in the morning. The facilities were clean and most of all, I had a very enjoyable stay thanks to the friendly staff. If I come to Sapa again next time, I definitely want to visit again!

The service was friendly and the room was warm. I stayed for 2 days and it was nice.
They cleaned the room thoroughly while I was out, the breakfast was delicious, and they were very friendly, which made me feel happy. Next time I come to Sapa, I want to stay again.

First of all, I liked that the price including breakfast was very cheap.
It was very close to Sun Plaza and was a quiet place.
The room was spacious and had a large window so it wasn't stuffy and it was nice to have a balcony.
It was nice to be able to choose the breakfast menu, and the restaurant was nicely decorated.
The a**osphere was good too.
What was even better was that the front desk staff personally called me a few times and waited with me, telling me not to worry, while I was anxious because the pickup time from the sleeper bus company had expired and they did not come, so I was very grateful.
I praise that female employee who looks cute wearing glasses~♡

It wasn't cleaned properly so there was quite a bit of hair stuck to the blankets and pillowcases and the breakfast was not tasty. The cafe is also not recommended.
