I always stay there as family of 4 but this time for the very first time disappointed and couldn’t sleep all night due to the second attached room aircon having this strong smell couldn’t sleep all night. And early morning at 6 when finally about to sleep there were birds sound nonstop making us all awake since 6 am. Really bad night for the first time here.

Great hotel

The room is beautiful, the staff is good, but the balcony needs cleaning. But overall it's good.

Stayed there twice already. Overall it was good, convenient, clean, has an elevator, and spacious rooms.

Udon Thani is the first choice. The city has good culture. The hotel staff are very friendly and the locals are very patient.

🩵 Booked through Trip.com and got a great deal. The room was clean and spacious. There were complete amenities, including a hair dryer, a hot water kettle, 2 coffee packets + 2 Ovaltine packets. 🩵 The bathroom was spacious and had shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. ▶️ The room did not provide a shower cap, and the towels may not have been very new. If the accommodation could fix this, it would be great. ▶️ We chose a standard single bed room. If we had chosen a more expensive room, we thought it would have been much more complete.

I don't like PSG, Paris Saint Germain, but I have to admit that it's great here. A beautiful big room, bright and clean and a nice balcony, where it's nice to have a beer in the evening. The room was very good, comfortable to sleep in, convenient, not far from UD Town. But I would like to criticize the room balcony. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned at all. The table is stained, and the chair is very dusty.

The bathroom is much more beautiful than in the picture. It is wide, beautiful, and the air conditioning is cool. Overall, it is very good.

The kids welcomed me and took great care of me. 🤗🤗
