Everything was great except for the service...they didn't bother to clean our room but I loved Everything else

I booked a king size bed, I got a queen. There was a large gap in door when locked up, rain leaking right in doorway, the shower stall was disguisting, full of mold, dirty. The towels that were supplied were all stained with what looked like grease. The bed sheets had holes in them as well as a clump of tangled hair found at head of bed also. Not a good place to stay. Room had a ransed smell as well. No coffee in morning when checking out. There was also a car in parking lot that had no tires on it. A car raced thru parking lot all night that was load and annoying.

It was going just fine until I was asked to leave, they could no longer extend my stay , and refused to give me a reason.. and I went back a few days later just to find out I was on the NO RENT LIST... WTH I DIDN'T EVEN DO ANYTHING WRONG. N TO NOT GIVE ME A REASON BLEW MY MIND

very bad really. no chairs, no sofa chairs in room, no irons available, phone in room are either broken phone or chords have been cut. customer service is horrible especially night front desk. elevators is broken/not working. no wonder you can afford to give a low price. the saying, “ YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR” really exist. its a horrible business ethiquette.

First room had a beeping smoke alarm, smelled like pot smoke, and the phone was broken so I couldn’t call the front desk. Second room was marginally better, but I later figured out the smoke alarm wasn’t beeping because the battery was removed. That room smell a tiny bit less like pot & the phone worked. My shoes stuck to the floor when walking around, so the tile floors were not clean. Both rooms should have been suites, but there was a giant empty room in each that should had had a living room & kitchenette. All that was there was a fridge with microwave on top. The bed room light switch turned on the light in the closet. Both rooms were on the 3rd floor which was a pain because the elevator was broken & had a sign tapped to it, so it had been broken for more than a day. The stairs had a slant and felt unstable. I saw guests working on changing car tires in the parking lot. Would not stay here again.

Easy check in, staff very considerate and accommodating. Rooms were clean and had all comforts needed.

Rooms need better attention to detail! There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and hair stuck to the walls everywhere, the shower knob was hard to maneuver but the water pressure was fine. Bedding and bath linens were stained, but we always bring our own anyway. The bed was missing a leg on one corner but it was laying on the floor nearby, we were able to just place it to support the weight on that corner and had no further issue.

The area wasn’t safe and the room was dirty and the sink was clogged wouldn’t stay there again.

You get what you pay for. There wasn’t even a straight back chair in my room. But staff say new owners recently took over and they have plans to bring the place up a notch.
