Rooms ok, 3 or 4 standard TV channrr êtes only and bad wifi bandwidth so impossible to stream something decent on any of my subscription channels . Had to rescue a lady in reception who had locked herself out of her room with no way to get help from reception. Won’t be staying here again!

Central location in the heart of Uppsala. Room was ok, but can be hot in summer. Simple breakfast like in a hostel. No one in the check in and had to call three times to get someone to give a code to enter the room.

Labor is expensive in Sweden, and to keep costs down the hotel has minimal staff. Check-in is automated. Great location close to the university and the cathedral (Domkyrka). Clean, fresh rooms -- simple, nothing fancy. Good value for the price.

The stay in Citystay was a pleasant experience even if the city was very noisy due to the Valpurgis festivities. The rooms are nice and comfortable, the beds as well and the self-service area provides a nice sitting-room like experience at all times. The self-service breakfast is good value and has a large and healthy selection of foods to cater for most wishes.

No big expectations due to the low price. However, they promised a restaurant and bar.
No reception. Could barely get in. Long phone call to get access to the room key. No promised bathroom in the room. No restaurant, no bar. Was assigned a parking space in the yard, but the entrance was so narrow that the car could not enter (VW Golf).
The hotel is perfectly OK in relation to the price, but one must be truthful with the description and give proper directives on how access to the room takes place.
