Location is super. Near urayasu station, food restaurants and combini stores. Room was so clean and comfortable. I like that.

They didn’t make up the room, and the bed is very soft. But the breakfast is decent for a 3star hotel and the aunties are nice. Receptionists are also very nice. Location is superb with very nice restaurants around.

The placement of the bed in the room is not the same as in the picture, but it doesn't matter, the ones near Disney are so expensive, the breakfast is very good. It takes less than half an hour to get to Disney by bus.

The service is very good. The staff at the counter are very enthusiastic. They asked me how to get on the Disneyland bus and personally took me outside to confirm. They were really enthusiastic. ❤️The room is simple, the sanitary equipment is very good and clean. The most important thing is that the breakfast is delicious but most of it is cold dishes. But it’s still delicious. I’d like to stay there next time if I have the chance.

I stayed here the night before going to TDL. When I visited, the exterior walls were being repaired. It's close to the station and there are lots of shops, so I think it's convenient. There's a bus to TDL that leaves from nearby, so it's a no-brainer. I booked the room with breakfast included, and the bluefin tuna sashimi and negitoro were delicious. It's not a flashy hotel, but it's one I'd like to use again.

The room facilities are very poor. It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in Japan. See the picture. The TV is so small that it is not even as big as my laptop. The bedding is a blanket separated by a tattered white sheet. It is not habitable at all. Moreover, the layout of the hotel is weird and spooky. I checked out on the same day and lost more than 800 room fees.

It was cleaner and more comfortable than I thought, considering the older facilities. Above all, the breakfast was delicious. The only regret is that the TV is small.

Exit the West Exit of Urayasu Station on the Tozai Line and look to the left to see the English name of the hotel (~180 meters) at the end of the alley. If you are going to DisneySea, you can go to the right side of the hotel and go forward ~150 meters to the No. 4 or No. 12 bus stop to "Maihama" station (Disneyland Main Station) for 280 yen per person, and transfer to the free Disneyland Park train to Ocean Park... I didn't find a better location + price (because my child wanted to go to DisneySea). Many guests praised the breakfast, and it's true. I give the breakfast a score of 4.9! The space in the room is compact, and there is no miracle in Tokyo hotels. It should be very satisfactory to be safe, clean and friendly + a good breakfast.
