"This hotel is conveniently located near Disneyland, and the front desk provides shuttle information upon check-in. It takes about 25 minutes to get to Disneyland, making it pretty good value for money. The surrounding area has many other hotels and a large park with slides, perfect for kids to burn off energy. You can take a direct bus from Narita Airport to the hotel; just get off at the Hyatt, and it's right next door. The bus ride is about 1.5 hours, which is much more cost-effective than a taxi. There's also a bus stop nearby with direct routes to Tokyo Station, or you can take the shuttle to Disneyland and then connect to the subway. Definitely get a Suica card and exchange some coins at the front desk for convenience. Breakfast: My kids loved it! There's a good variety, and they even give kids coins to get candy from a gumball machine. There are also restaurants nearby, but they're about a 10-minute walk away. Plus, there's a Lawson convenience store downstairs, which is super handy for buying things. Room: The room is quite spacious, with two large beds that can comfortably sleep 3-4 people."

"I stayed in a new wing room with an ocean view. There's a shuttle bus from Maihama Station, and a taxi takes less than 10 minutes (it cost 1200 yen). Access to Disney was also excellent, about a 15-minute walk. The room was very spacious, and the bathroom facilities were clean. Although you have to walk a bit to get to the public bath and spa, it was wonderful to relax my tired body in the hot springs."

"1️⃣ The hotel is located in the Tokyo Bay area, about a 4-kilometer drive from Disneyland. The shuttle bus takes approximately 25-30 minutes one-way. The price is significantly more affordable compared to hotels in the Disneyland area. There's also a shuttle to the city, but you can't bring large luggage on it. 2️⃣ It seems to be frequented by local guests. It gets very crowded on weekends, so much so that we experienced a very long queue for breakfast once. On weekdays, you can usually get in for breakfast quickly. 3️⃣ The room was very spacious. 4️⃣ The cleanliness was good; however, even Hyatt can't manage to clean the lint and dust from the air vents. Almost all hotels I've stayed at previously overlook vent cleanliness. Oh well. I'm too tired to even mention it to hotels anymore, as they usually don't really clean it during your stay anyway. Aside from this, Hyatt's overall cleanliness is definitely above average. The bedding, etc., goes without saying, and even the carpet was clean."
