I basically never write reviews for places but this hotel is exceptional. The host goes above and beyond what you ask or is even promised ( bringing me tea without asking when he noticed I had a cough) and allowing me to leave luggage in the building during a day after I stayed there. The food in the cafe is excellent, the gallery downstairs is a very nice touch, and the rooms are comfortable, safe, clean, and private. The bathroom has great water pressure in the shower and infinite hot water. There are at least a thousand other great things to say about the hotel but you should just stay there yourself.

We had the loveliest stay at La Maison Samai. Charlotte and Juan Carlos are so attentive to every detail and they are wonderful hosts. The rooms are comfortable and the bed linens are crisp and fresh. The breakfast is out of this world! I have never had a more colorful and delicious fruit salad. The coffee is perfect. Stay here!!!

Estuve en ese pequeño y hermoso oasis en Urubamba. Las habitaciones super bien pensadas y cuidadas al detalle, limpias y muy confortables. Las noches en las habitaciones se hicieron más placenteras incluso que en casa. Y el desayuno.... Increíble y delicioso. A quien sabe de cafés, aromas y del buen arte de comer recomendado al 100%. La atención de Juan Carlos y Charlotte ha sido de maravilla. De seguro que la próxima vez volveré a ese mismo lugar y lo recomendaré a quien se anime a ir a Urubamba o a quien este de paso.

Accueil adorable des propriétaires de La Maison Samaï ! La chambre dans laquelle nous étions était très agréable et très propre. La literie est merveilleuse. Les serviettes toilettes sont hyper épaisses et c’est très appréciable. Il y a de l’eau chaude 24 heures sur 24. Et plein de petits détails pour faire en sorte que le notre séjour soit parfait ! Nous recommandons chaudement ce lieu .

Me encantó SAMAÏ, los cuartos llenos de luz y con una linda decoración. El desayuno muy rico, sobre todo los croissants y la ensalada de frutas. Las artesanías que venden muy lindas también. Muchas gracias a Charlotte y Juan Carlos

Entré sin muchas expectativas y salí encantado. El café estaba delicioso, de esos que se disfrutan lento, con sabor real. Y el postre… una joya. Probé un postre francés que estaba increíble, digno de vitrina en París. Me atendió Juan Carlos, el mismo dueño, y fue un gustazo. Súper amable, apasionado por lo que hace, y con toda la disposición para conversar y compartir un poco de su historia. Me contó que vivió varios años en Francia y que su esposa es francesa, lo que se nota en cada detalle del lugar. Tiene ese toque francés elegante, sin perder ese calorcito cusqueño que hace sentirte en casa. Una mezcla perfecta. El ambiente es cálido, tranquilo y con buen gusto. Es de esos lugares donde todo encaja: el producto, la atención y la experiencia. Un espacio que te deja buen sabor en todos los sentidos. Definitivamente, volveré. Gracias Juan Carlos por esa atención de primera. ¡Recontra recomendado! Volveré pronto para darnos otra charla de 3 horas!!!
