"Very disappointing experience. Two room changes before we were given on that did NOT face the noisy road. Noise in lobby was evident in our room on the third floor, with door closed. The restaurant recommended by several recent guests was closed, so we ate in the large, cold and very echoey restaurant on the first floor, to the accompaniment of loud insistent music. Staff informed us that the fire laid in the fireplace could not be lit, chicken salad sandwich was “finished” but chicken breast was available… No water in the room for brushing teeth… Decor dated. Would not recommend this hotel. Gave two stars instead of one as bed comfortable and shower was fine."

"What a gem! The hotel is beautifully landscaped and right on the edge of town. The service is very nice. Everyone we encountered was very serious about their role. We were with an Exoticca tou r(great trip) and arrived late and left early each day we were here. I really wanted to walk all around the grounds because it was so neat, tidy and beautiful. We did hear dogs barking but it wasn't enough to keep us awake."

The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was delicious. You can leave your luggage in the storage room while you explore."

"The location is great, next to the mountain spring, and the service is great. The breakfast was okay, with freshly squeezed juice, scrambled eggs, etc. The waiters were also very nice. It was very close to the bus stop, only a 5-minute walk away."
