Excellent caravan park. Immaculate facilities that are well maintained. Friendly reception who obviously take pride in their work. You are right in the centre of beautiful go slow Urunga, Don’t change. Close to the Lido and the boardwalk. Great little village.

$66 for an inappropriate caravan site, so cramped I could hardly park my caravan. Narrow street didn’t help either. No seniors or pensioners discount offered, even though we are members of Reflections Holiday Parks. Then after 11pm feral kids having scooter races and yelling to one another while their parents sat drinking, so security were called. Not good enough Reflections, especially for $66 a night.

The bedrooms were way too small. No room for side tables. Barely enough room to get out of the side of the bed. The second bedroom had bunk-beds, which we thought would be okay, but the top bunk was so close to the ceiling that it was way too hot to sleep there. Luckily the lounge was reasonably comfy. Living are and kitchen were really good. Spacious, good air-con, and a fair-sized kitchen and fridge.

We holiday here each year, and enjoy the lifestyle up here. The grounds are well maintained. The amenities are cleaned to a high standard & the reception area is welcoming. I used the laundry facilities and this has gone digital - so easy, no more coins 😅.. plenty of line space as well. Loved the camp kitchen as it’s huge and undercover/room. Large bbq’s x4 work fabulous … it’s the only kitchen that supplies, detergent, fresh tea towels, scotch brite x 4, chux & paper towel. The only thing that needs some upkeep is the sauspan cupboard.. 2 large fridges are there as well as a large wall mounted smart TV. Overall, they do really good and the spaces are not crammed in together, you have room to breathe etc.. I like that a lot .

Booked a slab site but we’re given a dirt/grass site which was uneven. Had to build up the front which made it very high to exit and enter van, No pool and expensive sites. Reflections say Urunga is a premier area, have no idea why as we have stayed at lots of fabulous parks with exceptional facilities. Not enough amenities either.

Great spot to holiday with the kids, staff were super friendly and helpful, food shops across the road, and a great swimming/beach area at the back gate.

Property was as advertised and an enjoyable stay, with the exception that the microwave was dirty and cleaners were called in to rectify.

We recently stayed at Reflections Urunga with our caravan. Upon arrival, staff were very friendly and efficient. Our site was clean and a good size. Visited the markets, and the local shops that are located conveniently close to the park and the boardwalk. Amenities were clean and fresh. Veggie/herb patch is a lovely addition. Park is well maintained. This was our second visit, and we would definitely return and highly recommend a visit to others!

Cabin good and location great. Fan in small bedroom very noisy so problem in summer.
