The apartment is located in one of the best areas of Valencia, next to the old town, in the Barrio del Carmen. This is the best you have. Make it a second without an elevator, considering the age of the building, you have a pass. That the courtyard of lights you can not even peek from the dirt and how abandoned it is, is passable also taking into account that it seems that some floors are abandoned. What cannot be allowed is the dirt on the floor (cobwebs, chips, dirty walls) and the bad smell of pipes, humidity that does not go away even if the floor is ventilated. It has air conditioning in the living room but not in the back room, which is very necessary on hot days. It is a shame because it already has its charm, although it has undergone renovations and they have tried to maintain the essence of the site, maintaining floors, walls and doors, there is a lack of cleaning and maintenance, which is surprising considering the supplement that must be paid precisely for cleaning. I do not recommend it considering its price.

Begin september een weekje met mijn vrouw en baby (0) verbleven in dit hotel in Valencia. Het appartement was echt top en we hebben er vrijwel niets op aan te merken! Ook was de locatie midden in het centrum. Alles op loopafstand en ook ideaal met de kleine vanwege zijn slaapjes. Je hebt alles in de buurt en perfect om in de ochtend de straat uit te lopen om bij een bakker te ontbijten. Absoluut een aanrader! Enige minpunt was dat er geen lift aanwezig was.
