This place is lovely. Right on the water. Great views of Lake Como. It is not right up close to Bellagio or Como but about 30 minutes away. We had an easy drive up though. The hotel is clean and the staff is so helpful. Food was amazing. We had the best pork there that was finger licking good! Please note that if you have a room on the upper floors you will be taking alot of stairs. For older people you might want to ask for a room on the lower levels if possible. A great place to stay in lake como.

I booked a 2 night stay here for me and my partner. Hotel is lovley but the trouble started at 3pm on the first nights stay. They had a wedding which took over the whole hotel and we couldn’t sit in the balcony or anything and had to listen to wild booming music. The second night the same thing and we ended up leaving after paying for that night. They didn’t offer us a refund or anything, just said it says on our website we have weddings all the time. Lovley hotel and location but avoid at all costs as you are stuck in your room as you feel awkward with 100+ people there for a wedding and you have no where to go buy your room

Liked · Beautiful old villa with modern design. Good location. Easy to find. Amazing lake view. Helpful and kind staff. Big terrace. Free parking. Gluten free breakfast option. Disliked · Not too clean. There was dust on the terrace table and on the night stand. Not many breakfast options. Very small room. Must pay many attention at the details. This villa is pretending to be a luxurious place. But needs more efforts. Overall our experience was good.

We have been to this restaurant following a recommendation by our hotel. We were the only guests there as there was a wedding happening on the terrace. What a WONDERFUL experience ! The food is tasty, beautifully served, and the waiter was a genuine spark of joy in our day, so nice and careful. Thank you for this great evening
