Great hotel and location, 2 blocks back from the Canada Place Cruise Port.
Great food onsite and very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
Rooms are very clean and tidy.

Our family had a fantastic stay at the Azur Hotel in Vancouver. The room was spacious, quiet, and clean with what seemed like brand-new furniture, creating a very comfortable setting. The service was superb, with staff promptly fulfilling requests for extra blankets, pillows, and other amenities without any pressure. What stood out most was the friendliness and readiness of the staff, always eager to assist, making our experience truly memorable.

Tim Hortons is located right next to the hotel. The location was good as it was a 7-minute walk to downtown. I arrived early and was able to check in early.

Nice hotel, very clean. Bed was comfortable but a little hard. Thick walls…I could hear a baby crying somewhere but it was very faint. Valet parking was confusing, pull around back of the hotel - ignore the do not enter sign.

The staff here might be the nicest staff I've come across. Hotel was absolutely beautiful, thoughtful touches throughout the room. One of my new favourite spots in Vancouver for sure. Only thing I would like to see upgraded are the Vegan options at the restaurant / room service. Tip - bring an eye mask as there are a lot of little lights for various electronics that can't be turned off in the room.

Great location - close to everything you need or want to see and do. Nice lounge/restaurant area in the lobby. Rooms were well appointed and spacious, with fantastic lighting options, including bathroom. Super friendly and helpful staff.

Overall stay was good. Staff of friendly and accommodating. The downside was that the water was not very hot and even after bringing it up to staff, it was not able to be fixed. Also, room service denied us an oat milk cappuccino however, offered americano with oat milk on the side, which I found odd. Otherwise, location is great! Walkable to the mall nearby and other restaurants around the area. Rooms themselves are clean, modern and very comfortable just little small.
