We went as little couples getaway for a night. The staff was amazing, food was amazing as well. We stayed in a king room and it was perfect. We would definitely stay at the Heathman again. Plus they are dog friendly so we plan on bringing our dog next time.

The staff was more than helpful on our arrival. Our room was very comfortable. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner in the restaurant with excellent help from our waitress. We have stayed at the Heathman Lodge several times and have always enjoyed our stay.

The only thing bad that I can think of is that it’s backed up to the freeway. Otherwise we love it. It’s located in a great place to shop, dine, and it’s and accessible to both Vancouver and Portland

This used to be my go to in vancouver but has gone downhill. The room was eh... walls and paintijg were crappy, bathroom was surface clean, bed duvet had a stain, phone didnt work. We wont be staying there again.

Hotel is really nice but staff in restaurant doesn’t make one feel welcomed. Service initially was slow but seemed to catch on at the end. Food also wasn’t great…we found some niche restaurants that we enjoyed much better. Room service trays were in the hallway over a day. Just gave a “we don’t care” look to the hotel. Otherwise, nice place to stay.

It started with the stairwell being blocked by a scaffolding, and I tried to find a way downstairs. So no fire escape case of emergency. Now it’s 11:30 at night and someone right outside my window is cleaning the vents major metal vents. Called the front desk and thought someone was stealing Copper from the air conditioning, but it was a worker they had actually hired with no regard to their guest sleeping. What an awful hotel. Hot tub water was filthy and the food was undercooked. so just outside my window. Sounds like someone is banging on a metal cooking sheet. He’s working on the sheet metal vents outside. Absolutely ridiculous scheduling. No compensation from the hotel. They just said I had to live with it or pack up and move rooms at 11:30 at night. Don’t ever stay here. You will be thoroughly disappointed. This place is so old no USB ports in the room.
