I don’t usually stay at hotels in Vancouver since I am from here - but my husband and I booked it for our wedding weekend. The staff are so lovely and genuinely kind. They went above and beyond to make our stay special. The hotel was in a perfect tucked away location near lots of shopping and dining options and the restaurant, Lorangerie, was very good and not overpriced as is often the case at hotels in Vancouver. Overall L’hermitage feels very cosy and welcoming, like a home away from home. Very happy I booked it instead of one of the larger chain hotels!

Very little to fault from this hotel or the staff. Big clean rooms that could comfortably absorb three suitcases worth of clothing. Nice hot tub and pool area. Only real observation would be could slippers be included in the room with the robe.

Terrific personal service from the desk staff. Excellent room, which was an unexpected upgrade. Wonderful breakfasts and very attentive service in the restaurant. A very well appointed property.

Centrally located and in easy walking distance of Gastown, Yaletown, and eateries. Staff was very friendly, professional, welcoming, and helpful. Rooms were perfectly fine and the refrigerator in-room was nice to have. The bathroom was a good size. Al in all, an enjoy stay.

Customer service like I’ve never experienced- the staff are above and beyond. The hot tub was the perfect temperature & Our room service breakfast (caprese Benny) was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend!

We only stayed for two nights and are already looking forward to our next day here. The hotel has an upscale, but laid-back vibe. There are so many great dining options that are easily walkable and we loved how accessible the hotel was to public transit from the airport.
