Nice hotel located on vasai's main road...huge room, Very neat and clean. Well maintained. Cannot expect anything more for the price offered. Staff was eager to help. The hotel is well located, close to a number of places one would want to visit.

The bath room is filthy. The bath tub has dust and dirt. I just called for service and a guy came to clean it without a brush or the necessary cleaning agents. I had to tell him to comeback with a brush and cleaning agents. It is 7 am and I have to leave for a meeting. I can’t take a shower as I have to wait for the cleaner to finish. Very poor service. I came from the US to see my sister who lives in Vasai. Very poor standard for cleanliness.

होटल काफी अच्छा है पर सर्विस बिल्कुल खराब हमने शादी की party का आयोजन किया पर kitchen ground floor par और हाल चौथे फ्लोर पर एक ही लिफ्ट है guest और staff ki to khana ठीक से पहुँच ही नहीं पाया और जो पहुँचा वो ekdum ठंडा जब ***age नहीं होता तो itna बड़ा आर्डर लेना नहीं चाहिए। Rooms me पानी की bottle bhi nahi
