Great hotel, lovely pool, big breakfast buffet, very nice room with balcony. Good location, too!Short drive to the lake. Our car was in the shade. We ordered room service from the pool bar to our room. Nice! Our only suggestion is a need to update the shower.

This hotel would be a perfect 5/5 if:
1) The water in the shower did not go from boiling hot to freezing cold in a matter of seconds the whole duration of a shower
2) The fan in the bathroom did not whistle so loud
3) Don't go on a weekend because loud croups of people go and make noise till late at night. I called the reception at midnight then 1 am, and nothing was done the noise continued
4) For breakfast I only like hot chocolate. Well if you want hot chocolate, you need to order separately at the bar and pay separately.
5) Croissants awful not fresh
If none of this concerns you then it's a great hotel to stay at!

The property is well kept and the rooms and nice. Staff were all friendly and the breakfast was good. The area around the hotel is a busy road and happened to be under construction at the time resulting in some noisiness.

We hesitate between 3 and 4 scoops. The hotel is located on a main road to Ioannina. Walking 45 minutes from the center. There is a bus stop nearby where you can go to the center for €1.50. The hotel is currently located well away from the road on its own well-maintained grounds. Road noise was not too bad for us. Room is spacious. Daily cleaning and towel change. We had a room on the ground floor with a small terrace. Parking on site. Very friendly and helpful reception. We did not use the swimming pool. Breakfast is reasonable. The hotel also has business guests. Maybe that's why the TV with sound is on in the breakfast room. The appearance is 1980s. The fact that we ended up with 3 dots is mainly due to the location (for us the hotel is part of a trip and not of our own choosing)

First of all, the hotel is clean, it is very close to the city and the staff is kind and helpful. To anyone who books by phone, I recommend asking for the price by email because we booked for 110€, the lady there said it was 120€ and while I told her that I spoke and made the reservation with a woman, she called a man and kept saying her don't listen to me and of course we paid what she said. I am very sorry because this is the first time this has happened to us in so many trips we have made and we always choose not to book through a platform so that all the money goes to the hotelier but obviously we made a mistake here. The rooms in the attic are in no way 4/beds because the two beds were a sofa and a couch next to the sofa a very small wardrobe in which there were only 2 hangers, in the bathroom the wood of the attic is very low, as a result we knock constantly our head, the water also where you had made it came hot and then cold and then hot again.

Nice, buffet was tasty, not very extensive, staff is polite, the toilets are clean downstairs. The beds were good, the swimming pool was large and there was a pool bar, but the hotel was far from Ioannina, it takes quite some time to drive there.

The first time I visited the hotel, our service was wonderful...the second time, unfortunately, prohibitively so because the maid did not bother to come in for service...and the third time I came with my family...I felt that it was not properly cleaned because the floor, especially in the bathroom, was full of hairs and as soon as I lifted the blanket I felt disgusted because there were hairs along the bed... the maid unfortunately was rude and forced to talk to us..... and from early in the morning he made a fuss upstairs so we couldn't calm down......The guys at the reception (reception) very smiling and always able to answer any question.....they were very helpful....shame we really like the hotel because it is located in a nice green location!!!!!

A quiet hotel relatively close to the city center. The rooms are large with many extra benefits. The breakfast was nothing special. The staff was kind and helpful, especially the service girls at the pool bar. We had a great time, I will visit again
