Incredible hotel - arrive by water taxi directly to the hotel, an old aristocrat palace from years gone by. We had a junior suite with a magnificent terrace and huge room. It had paintings on the ceiling, original marble and mosaic flooring. The service was great - helpful, correct information and nothing was too much trouble for the guys on the front desk.
Breakfast was great and covered everything anyone would need.
I can’t recommend this hotel enough. A quick walk to Rialto or St Marks, you will not be disappointed at this hotel.

The hotel is like a small palace to us. Top service from all staff and it is just a few mins walk from several tourist attractions.

The hotel is glorious decorated. The room is super clean and spacious. We were told the building is with 600 years histories. The location is 10 mins walk away from St Marcel Square and we can easily find grocery shop and restaurants. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is lovely and has many choices. Overall it’s an pleasant stay experience and we will highly recommend this hotel to tourists who visit Venice.

The hotel is not big, the decoration is retro, the waiters are very friendly
The breakfast is not very varied
The location is OK, but it is hard to find. Even with GPS, it takes a long time to find the hotel

特別特別滿意的住宿體驗。我們住了三晚。首先酒店位置絕佳，有自己的碼頭。我們從火車站打了water taxi直達酒店，離開時也是打的water taxi去的機場（前台給訂好的），非常方便。因為是早上7點出發去的機場，早餐還沒開始，前台很貼心地非準備了兩個餐包。
房間很大，遠超我的預期。設施裝修都很新，很乾凈。早餐對我們來説也足夠豐盛。橄欖油蘑菇特別好吃。
酒店位置很好，去聖馬可廣場走路7-8分鐘。環境也很好，很安靜，不嘈雜。
前台非常友好！如果還來威尼斯的話，肯定還會再住這家酒店的。

宮殿級別的建築，推開窗就是運河，美景如畫，人生值得，水上出租可以直接開到酒店大堂，真正的運河邊上的皇宮（我們訂的是酒店111套房）
