The location is excellent, in the heart of the city. It is 15 minutes walking from the train station. The room is okay. It's a bit old but clean. The mattress is not comfortable.

The hotel’s location is definitely its best feature. Being in such a central area of Venice made it very easy to get around the city, and that was what I enjoyed the most during my stay. However, there were a few details that didn’t fully meet my expectations. I wasn’t sure whether the hotel was intentionally designed to look old or if the building was simply a bit deteriorated, but the overall appearance wasn’t very appealing to me. Also, when I boiled water in the kettle provided in the room, I noticed it was quite dirty, which was disappointing. The staff was very kind and attentive, something I truly appreciate. Still, the sheets and the blanket seemed quite worn out, and I felt some itchiness when using them, which affected my comfort. Overall, it’s a hotel with an excellent location and very friendly staff, but with some maintenance and cleanliness aspects that could be improved to offer a more comfortable stay.
