Ca' Dalisera B&B

We stayed at this accommodation facility in July. It has been an amazing stay. The facility was amazing, welcoming, and very neat and clean. The owner is very kind and helpful. For any problem, the owner always answers the phone. On the day of our arrival, we used a totem to do the check-in. We had never used a machine like this. But honestly, it was very easy and fast. But above all, really comfortable. The facility was equipped with Air Conditioning but in "time slots" without any additional cost. It is possible to have air conditioning all day long but on request. In this case, there is an additional flat rate cost of 20 euros. Absolutely cheap if compared to other Bed and Breakfasts we saw before booking here. It has been the right choice. On the day of our departure, we had the opportunity to store our luggage for free at the property. Nice and clean room. Recommended!

When I arrived no one was at the hotel to facility any sort of check in. My room was not in rentable condition - it was on an air shaft with extremely loud construction happening INSIDE the air shaft. Then the next morning I was woken by an angry man banging on my door and shouting in Italian that if I don’t come out and check in that he was going to call the police. Then I went out and he had taken the cover off of a bizarre archaic self check-in console and was breathing down my neck while I punched my passport number in on the truly dismal UI on this console screen and fed the machine my 300euros cash. The following day when I was meant to leave, I was once again woken up by angry banging on the door and more threats of police if I didn’t leave check out immediately… not even giving me time to pack my suitcase. This was probably the worst hotel experience of my life.

This was an incredible B&B in the best location in Venice! We loved how close the hotel was to all the main attractions (Doge Palace, Marco Square, Rialto Bridge, etc.) and how easy it was to get there. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean and cute. The breakfast was a nice feature as well. The only thing to keep in mind is it can be tricky to find the building at night and there is not enough light in the stairways so use your phone light. It is a self check in which was fairly smooth but keep in mind you need to go upstairs and enter the codes and then you will find the box with your name and important information (we were a bit confused and had some difficulty but it worked out in the end). The owner and staff are incredibly nice and they allow you to leave your bags in the lobby after you check out. One thing to keep in mind is they use whats app as a means of communication and it was unclear at first so we experienced lots of difficulties in contacting them prior to our arrival (no one picked up the phone and hostel world was not much help). However, once you find the whats app number it is very easy to communicate with them. I would 10/10 recommend this place, it was an incredible experience and I will stay again if I get the opportunity! Best stay we had during our entire Italy trip! You cannot get a better location and deal!

We booked 2 nights to visit the city. All good when arriving at night (automatic check-in). but in the morning at 8:00 we woke up by noise (shouting) from the staff. The next day the same but at 07:45. Very impolite staff To avoid if you are looking for rest and silence. Wi-fi works 20% of time.

Awesome location sited next to San Marco square. All in venetian style , bedroom clean and very comfortable, instruction for access clear and received 2 days before the arrival. Breakfast complete and for all the taste. Bedrooms fully hygienized at each change. Sure we’ll came back!

The cutest bed and breakfast and in the BEST location. We were only 3 min walking distance from St. Mark's square. The room is beautifully decorated, SAFE, and clean. The Bed and Breakfast is small (there is only 4 rooms) but they have it laid out like a hotel when you walk in so you don't have to worry about interacting with other guests. We love the owners too. It is run by a son and his 85 year old father- we had the pleasure of meeting his father who was up each morning cooking breakfast. A little warning— they require the payment in cash upfront when you come. I booked through Hostel World and they only took a portion of our stay out initially to reserve the room and sent us a message that upon arrival, the remaining would be charged in "the country's currency". There must have been an error in translation, because the remaining fee has to be paid in CASH. (Not a big deal because there are plenty of ATMs nearby)
