The apart hotel was nice, it was a little bit dificult to find it on those streets that sometimes has no name. About the accommodation it was great, 2 nice double room beds, kitchen and sera room, toilet . All clean and nice :) Room could be warmer

I am spending holidays in Venice at least twice a year, so I know different apartments in the city, this was absolutely the simplest one I have ever lived in. Not in any way some trace of charming - no „ambiente Italiana” - no luxury! I can recommend the stay to those who are looking for youth hostel style locations.

The only thing charming about this place is the view of the rooftops of Venice. The interior of the building and the apartment had no soul, and certainly no luxury (the walls of the corridors were crumbling, among other things). At the entrance there was a nauseating smell. One positive point: the air conditioning. Even more disappointing, the welcome from Monsieur Papa was anything but friendly. We warned him of our arrival more than 48 hours in advance, then we wrote to him when we arrived at the Venice airport, an hour and a half before our arrival at the hotel, and despite this, he made us wait an hour, pretending that he had not received our messages. In addition, when we asked him for a second key, he refused. In short, a very disappointing experience in many ways.

Following a postponement due to the pandemic, the owner changed establishments and from a bed and breakfast he switched to an apartment rental. No problem in itself, except that he informed us of the price increase but not of the change of service or address (we had a voucher with an address). To the point that we didn't go to the right place at first and we were a little scared... This combined with the fact that his reception was very focused on settling this famous price difference combined with a lack of communication (to the question do you have a tourist card, he replied you can look at google maps...) I will not recommend this establishment. At this price, it is not normal that we are not told about the changes of address or service. The apartments are very good and very well located but the lack of transparency and the reception really leave something to be desired...

Ce séjour à Venise a été merveilleux grâce aussi à cet appartement no4. L'accueil de l'hôte a été juste grandiose, aimable et intentionné. L'appartement correspondait totalement à la description faite. Propre, une sublime terrasse donnant sur les toits de la ville, pas de bruits la nuit, idéalement situé près du pont Rialto. Une bouteille de Prosecco nous as été offerte à l'arrivée, bien fraîche dans le frigo. L'appartement super confortable et propre. A refaire sans aucune hésitation!!! 15/10

Ich reise oft nach Venedig und kenne daher mittlerweile verschiedene Apartments in der Stadt. Dieses ist mit Abstand das schlichteste. Es ist nur das allernötigste vorhanden. Luxus? Fehlanzeige! Ambiente italiano? Was ist das bitte? Charming Palace bietet den Standard einer Jugendherberge!

Abbiamo soggiornato in uno degli appuntamenti con vista sul canale , il proprietario gentilissimo ci ha accolti con il sorriso, l’appartamento molto pulito è arredato con gusto molto semplice con colori e tecniche molto originali. Essendoci tanto caldo non lo abbiamo sofferto in quanto l’aria condizionata ha funzionato molto bene . Lo raccomando se ritorno a venezia lo prenoto nuovamente. Nuestra experiencia fue excelente!! Nos esperaron para el ingreso y nos dieron un depto súper cómodo, nuevo y muy bien equipado. La limpieza era muy buena y funcionaba todo correctamente. La ubicación es excelente!!!! Cerca y tranquilo a la vez!! Si bien no hay recepción como en un hotel solucionaron rápidamente nuestra solicitudes. Súper recomendable!
