The room was very clean and the air conditioning was working perfectly. The shower cabin is a bit small, but the hot water comes fast and the shower itself works very well. The bed was very comfortable, I especially liked the two pillows per person, one was more fluffy than the other, therefore they fit most preferences.
The personal was extremely helpful in pointing out what can be visited in the region, which trains or busses to take, etc. Very good breakfast from 8:00 to 9:30.
The hotel is located at about 5 minutes walk to a big commercial center with supermarket, clothes store, supermarket-restaurant, etc. and at about 10 minutes walk to the train station of S. Stefano di Magra.

Absolutely perfect hotel. Room was lovely and spotless with a great view. Parking is free and close by. Staff was amazing and friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Really patient with us when we were checking out too. Truely wonderful people.

Posizione strategica , 40 minuti da Portovenere 20 dalla Spezia. Camere semplici ma curate, Buona la colazione meno l'insonorizzazione della camera. Bagno ampio e con tutti i confort. Personale gentile e disponibile .

Siamo stati il 31 dicembre e devo dire che siamo rimasti favorevolmente colpiti. Struttara ultra pulita, camere ben disposte e con tutto quello che serve, la disponibilità e gentilezza del proprietario Roberto completano il quadro. A poca distanze dalle splendide 5 terre. Tutto questo non mi può che far consigliare a tutti questa struttura.

Stanze sporche e improvvisate. Bagno strutturato molto male, se non fosse per il colore del muro sembrava un ospedale. Davvero pessima esperienza. Nessuno ci ha chiesto le chiavi al momento del check out e come siamo stati. Non lo consiglio e non torneremo .

Bellissima struttura. Buona la colazione e gentilissima la signora che ci ha accolti. Stanza ampia e pulizia buona. A disposizione prodotti per il bagno, spazzolino, e set per la barba. Difetti dal mio punto di vista: il bagno : senza piano di appoggio e senza posto dove mettere gli asciugamani. Doccia non pratica in quanto il getto non era ‘gestibile’. Letto abbastanza comodo. Qualità prezzo leggermente alto.
