Lovely hotel with super friendly and attentive staff. We were given lots of top tips of where to visit in our short time in Verona which proved invaluable in making the most of our time there. Our family room was exceptional, spacious and modern. Good location, around 10-15 mins to Duomo. Would stay here again and can thoroughly recommend.

Great hotel. We stayed here for a week to explore Verona for the second time. Staff were really friendly and knowledgeable about buses and how to get around the city and beyond. Good choice at breakfast and they even realised it was my husband’s birthday and gave us complimentary glasses of Prosecco. 15 minute walk to the centre of Verona but only a couple of minutes walk from buses directly into the station to get trains and buses to towns along Lake Garda or further afield like Venice. Room was spotlessly clean and very modern. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you.

My room is very clean. The cleaning lady and the hotel staff made me feel welcome. It has a good location and easy to walk into Verona town centre. From the airport, you can take airport bus to train station and change to bus 103 for 10 mins, easy to find hotel location. The only flaw is the sauna needs to be paid to be used for one hour. It is not mentioned at the time of booking. If ********** can include this supplement fee information, it will help other hotel guests. I chose this hotel over the other hotel because of sauna. As it costs extra, I was disappointed that I didn’t get to try it.

Not a very good area but close to beautiful lake and downtown Verona. Nice and clean ! Very comfortable bed, delicious breakfast!!

Lovely hotel. Clean and comfortable. Room was fairly spacious and air conditioning worked wel. Friendly and helpful staff. My only real criticism was the TV in our room, which was unable to receive BBC World News. A helpful member of staff was unable to rectify this, but he did manage to tune in CNN News. This must have been a localised problem, because BBC World News was available on the TV in reception. The staff were happy to let us catch up with the news there. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Hotel ok but breakfast is painful. Continental breakfast that you have to ask for every single item from a frosty waiter. Hard work and not worth the effort. Night waiter was good and helpful. Rooms clean and practical. Good location in relation to centre.
