Absolutely loved this place!!! The room was large and very clean with the most amazing facilities. Huge bath!!! You can see Juliet's balcony from the window. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for you. The whole place was really clean with a lovely breakfast room. If I had to be picky, it would have been nice if there was a firestick there so yoi could access netflix etc but that is the only thing! Would definitely stay again - a must visit kind of place in a fantastic location for the historical part of the city.

Such a beautiful hotel in a beautiful city! And right next door to Juliet's balcony!! Romeo and Juliet the play performing right outside our balcony! Simply amazing!

We were in a standard room. The standard room was very poor and dirty in places including the sheets which were stained and dirty bedside lockers. We have sent pictures to management and hope these will be rectified for future guests ! The hotel has a good location and maybe it is different in other rooms but I would not recommend staying in the standard rooms! It was very disappointing!

We had a lovely time at Le Suite di Giuletta. It was a short block to the main square, and we were able to walk to the opera at the ancient arena, which was the purpose of our visit. It is a unique little apartment and Luca and his sweet young daughter were delightful. The only drawback for me was that we couldn’t park very close by.

The location is very central and whilst set in a busy part of Verona, is very quiet. The room was clean and well equipped but beware that reception is not staffed all day. We arrived on a weekday in the early afternoon and the front door was locked and there was no response from the door bell or phone and no notice to indicate reception was closed. After about 15 minutes and a few phone calls and enquiries at a nearby bar, someone turned up and we gained access. The notice in the room says reception is open all day from 7am - this was not the case during our three day stay in mid August. However, once we had keys all was fine. Breakfast was OK and Kristina, who was on hand, was great. We missed her on her day off as things were not quite as organised! We would rate this accommodation as rooms with breakfast, not a 3* hotel. Our room did not overlook the balcony, but was a good size and comfortable.

Luca who greeted us was very gracious and friendly. We requested an early check in as we had a tour booked. The Suite di Giulietta is the perfect place to stay if you are a fan of Shakespeare’s Romeo & Juliet as it is literally on one of the walls of the piazza with a great view of Juliet’s balcony.
The room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was full of lovely meats and cheeses, tortes and spreads, eggs and toast and fruit yogurt. An option for every taste.
If we return to Verona we would stay here again.

Hotel is Centrally located, hard to find as it is between other doors is more like a house. Rooms are comfortable but not as pictured, well decorated, the view to the balcony is in the terrace not from your room, we booked the last Suite as stated when making the booking in this website, and walked into a regular room with a view of the roof of another building, breakfast is ok! Is more like a B&B, not worth the price of $229 a night! Bed is extremely low, we are médium hight and my husband couldn’t walk for two days with a bad back, bathroom is very uncomfortable to sit on the toilet, other than that owners are very nice and welcoming!

Pictures of the Hotel show a room with a view of the Balcony. also a tub and a nice bed! I sent a couple of emails to the Hotel asking if the room had a tub and never received a response! When we got to the Hotel which in a very centrally located area (ONLY PERK TO IT) The check in is a tiny space one person fits to speak to the owner, we were giving a room facing a wall and the roof of other buildings, yes the balcony is across but not like it shows in the picture, the room is decorated antique but not like the pictures, the bathroom is very small, if you are tall don’t bother, I’m 5’3 and my legs hit the wall, the bed is so low that my husband and I spend most of the time with back pain! This is more like a historic B&B, than a Hotel, is not worth the price charged as a Suite!

This little hotel is perfectly located - an easy walk to all the main attractions. Easy to miss as it is only marked by a small plaque next to a nondescript door - we passed right by it the first time. Inside, the room was very comfortable, although small, and very clean and quiet. The breakfast was lovely and their small patio directly overlooks Juliet's balcony. Fun to watch all the couples stepping out to take their pictures there, The host was friendly, charming and very accommodating. This is not a luxury hotel, but provides all you could want for a sightseeing trip to Verona - with the added benefit of old world charm!
