we were so happy to have stayed at Mastino rooms. 3 nights in total. it is part of Hotel Mastino but in a building across the road. this did not bother us at all as check in/out was easy at the main hotel. all the staff were super friendly. the breakfast in the hotel was fantastic. everything about this hotel was perfect for what we needed. easy to walk around all the lovely sights of beautiful Verona.

The quality of the room and service by staff was extremely poor. It lacked in many ways, beginning with 1/ the double bed requested being 2 singles pushed together, which keep parting down the centre and creating a crater that was difficult to roll out of. 2/ The small shower which you couldn’t turn around in. (We had just come from a river cruise where the shower on the ship was double the size). 3/ The absence of tea or coffee making facility or availability to get a hot drink at our residence- we found out the night before leaving that we could have had a kettle if we requested it but nobody had informed us this was available. 4/ Breakfast was served at the hotel 100 metres away. 5/ A month before our stay we had emailed the hotel to request to reserve a car space in the hotel car park. We Never received a reply to our email request and on arrival there was no car space available. They were able though to direct us to a covered public car park.

Firstly, I accidentally cancelled our prepaid stay on the booking app and then when I told the hotel they made me repay for our new booking!!! The staff were rude and grumpy from the moment we arrived and the room was old and unpleasant. It felt like we were in staying in a meeting room. Definitely won’t be going back there.

Ottima posizione della struttura,appena fuori dalle mura . Stanza davvero molto carina e confortevole. Colazione gestita all'interno dell'albergo a 50/100 Mt dalla stanza, ma decisamente abbondante, gustosa e varia. Sicuramente da segnare ritornando a Verona. Ottima gestione e personale cordiale e disponibile.

La reception e soprattutto la sala colazioni in un altro edificio sono un po’ una seccatura ampiamente ripagata però dalla vicinanza a Piazza Bra e all’arena. Assolutamente raccomando quindi per chi vuole assistere ai concerti perché all’uscita impiegherà due minuti per tornare in hotel. Segnalo inoltre l’assenza in camera di moquette, tappeti e tende, il che rende questa struttura IDEALE per gli ALLERGICI.

Habitaciones pequeñas e incómodas. El aire acondicionado a la altura de la almohada con ruido insoportable. Debajo hay un McDonalds. Ubicación perfecta. Mala relación calidad-precio. Precios desorbitados cuando hay ópera en la Arena.

Situato in pieno centro, quindi perfetto per chi vuole visitare la città e assistere agli spettacoli dell'Arena. L'accoglienza è stata cortese e cordiale, la colazione buona e abbondante, con bella scelta dolce/salato, anche se non molto comoda, visto che è servita nell'hotel, che non si trova nello stesso edificio. La camera è pulita e funzionale, anche se un po' retrò. Chi arriva in auto deve tenere conto della necessità di parcheggiare a pagamento (comunque vicino, in parcheggio sotterraneo). Consigliato.

Gros probleme d'insonorisation... bruit du couloir donnant sur les chambres et de chambres à chambres, nous n'avons pas dormi de la nuit, personnes qui parlaient fort dans le couloir et cris d enfants dans la chambre d'a côté ! Bref mauvaise nuit...

Camera piccola, televisore non funzionante, ma nel complesso x un ottimo Hotel per soggiornare due notti. Il prezzo un po’ eccessivo vista la qualità offerta. Bagno non curato. Colazione buona, con attenzione anche ad intolleranze e/o allergie!
