Nice seafront location on the main street of Viareggio and beautiful façade. The interior is modern and comfortable. There's a buffet for breakfast and staff is friendly. We've expected a bit better given it's a Relais er Château. For example we do hear very much street noises and there are no coffee machines in the rooms. But overall a good experience.

Good location, comfortable rooms, friendly, helpful staff. Handy for the beach and the buses to Lucca. Pisa and Pietrasanta. Breakfast was excellent and staff at breakfast were absolutely delightful. Would suggest you ask for a room away from the road, it was not really noisy but those little scooters seem to buzz around at all hours!! Overall, would highly recommend.

We stayed here for the carnivale. The staff took care of the tickets and gave helpful advice. The breakfast was amazing. The room was comfortable and very quiet. We couldn't hear anything happening outside even though there was a lot going on.

Great hotel, willing to please its guests. Beautiful large rooms, great location. Front desk was wonderful! Morning breakfasts were so tasty and they had a great selection of food. The waitresses in the morning could not be nicer! Would visit again.

The hotel and its staff are excellent and the breakfast was outstanding. Staffing levels were really good. This is a very well run establishment.

Don’t miss the opportunity to stay at this wonderful hotel. The room was lovely, the staff was friendly, charming and gracious and the view spectacular. The breakfast buffet and staffing were so enjoyable I hated to leave every day even knowing that they were that way every day. The front desk staff are also exceptionally smart and helpful. Visit the city, enjoy the promenade, visit the nice shops and restaurants AND stay at this hotel, it is a terrific experience.

The hotel was beautifully restored in. 2019. No expense spared on modern elegant furnishings everywhere. Helpful and charming staff led by Wanda! Superb food in the elegant starred restaurant. Great risotto. Located right in the ccentr3 By the beach. Alas no pool but privileged access to a nice nearby beach. An enjoyable break in a buzzy resort.

I stayed at this hotel after the season so the choice of "open hotel" was reduced. I strongly recommend the Plaza E de Russie. a few parking slots are available in front of the hotel, but better to book in advance. The staff is friendly. The hotel looks recently renovated. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. some of them offer a sea view. The breakfast is excellent.

We spent two nights at Hotel Plaza E De Russie and plan to come back again. The hotel has an amazing aesthetic and our room was large by European standards. The staff is very attentive and professional, and breakfast was delicious. The hotel is situated across the promenade, which makes it very convenient. This is a lovely hotel and certainly deserves its designation as a Relais & Chateaux property. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
